Dion was the person that came round and sorted things out. He was a star. What a lovely person. He re assured us, explained what he was doing and sorted everything out. He was reliable and returned exactly when he said he would texting 10 mins before he arrived.

p. p.Jack was approachable and friendly. He communicated what he was doing really well to us and even engaged my 3 year old son who was very inquisitive. He found two wasps in the loft and managed to spray them both. He even took a picture for us to see what they looked like. Furthermore, he showed my 3 year old son a hawk in his van that they had been using to manage pigeons in warehouses. It was a very educational and fun experience for all of us and i am glad we can look forward to a wasp and sting free home!! Thank you once again!
