Locky from Beegone was responsive, knowledgeable and helpful in the survey and planning stages of the bee removal. He even went out of his way to come early so we could complete it in the one day, travelling many hours to reach us which we appreciated. It’s a brave job to remove to bees and hard physical work which he carried out expertly and professionally even receiving several stings along the way but carrying on regardless. Safe to say the bees have gone are now safely in another hive and we’re very grateful. Would highly recommend Bee gone.

Firstly the service provided on the telephone from the first call I made to enquire was excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly and efficient staff and reasonably priced too. Once confirmed Locky provided excellent update communication on his arrival time, he was professional and again very knowledgeable. The service provided was friendly and more importantly he solved the mystery of the wasps. He took time to explore where the wasps may have entered the property and did not rush, he then talked me through the options and the process and was willing to visit on a weekend if I was concerned . Would use the service again and highly recommend this organisation and Locky to anyone that needs pest control.

Having had a squirrel take up residence in our loft we called Beegone Pest Control Services and Locky arrived the following day to assess the situation. Within three days the problem was solved efficiently and without any fuss. He then used a drone to check our roof for further weaknesses where another rodent(s) may enter. Locky is knowledgable, reliable and thorough regarding his occupation. He is also a very polite and friendly person.I would recommend him to anyone who was experiencing similar pest control problems.

We were very impressed with PGH Pest Prevention and their agent Locky (Louchlan Deeming). From my first contact with the company and their agent, Locky was extremely polite, professional and friendly. He provided a complete survey of my loft and drainage, explaining what the problem was with photos to empathise the extent of our rodent problem and provided a quotation for the steps required to prevent any future access of rodents to my house and drainage. We accepted the quotation and the work was undertaken accordingly. All contaminated materials were removed from the loft; any possible ingress points were sealed with stainless steel wire mesh and non-return valves fitted to my domestic sewer outlets. New insulation was fitted in the loft and finally Locky provided photographic evidence of all work undertaken and performed a thermal survey of the area to demonstrate that no rodents were present. In total a thoroughly professional job. I have no hesitation in providing my highest recommendation for PGH and in particular Locky

After having a few consultations that didn't go well regarding a honeybee infestation that was located inside a bedroom vent we decided to see if PGH would be any better and it was the right choice. Locky did an exceptional job going above and beyond with the work that was completed during the removal of these honeybees. He always kept us informed with the produce that was carried out with the removal. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about his job and it clearly showed within work. After having an intermittent problem with what I thought was a rat I finally decided to call in the professionals and I am so pleased I did. My first contact was with Alex who was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Within 24 hours of my call Louchlan arrived with a lovely smile and a very professional manner. After the initial inspection and confirmation of a pesky rat everything was explained to me in detail so I understood exactly what needed to be done. Several visits later, always at the agreed time, Louchlan has solved the problem. I would highly recommend PGH and would have no hesitation in using again if I had an issue.
