Had an issue with mice in our house, over 3 planned visits the technicians who visited identified the issues and potential entrances, used poison to help rid the mice and then followed up in helping to secure the house to prevent further mice entering and left us with tips of further protection. [W418138] I called in JG Pest Control to deal with a wasps’ nest in my loft. I was very impressed … the young man who came (and informed me that there were THREE nests!!) was polite and very efficient. A couple of weeks later there were a few strays crawling over the carpets so he came back and set off another spray in the loft … since then … no problems at all. I would definitely recommend the company for dealing with this kind of problem.

These guys are very professional. From the first call to them, which they answered within seconds, they understood my issue and explained what the best treatments for the wasp nests were and how they would go about it. They kept me informed about the visit by SMS. The guys who arrived (on time), were very efficient and explained what they did in clear terms. We've had no issues since and would highly recommend JG Pest control. I tried calling another pest control company beforehand (Rentokil), and waited twice more than 20 minutes for someone to answer before I gave up. I'm pleased that I found JS Pest Control and in the future won't even bother with anyone else.

Our ‘Job Visit Reference' is: 272090. Our property is a terrace house and the rats is a headache. The situation is much better after two visits. We still haven’t booked the third visit because we have only heard them once or twice (very little, nothing compared with before), and we wanted to wait and see if it was just a random noise or if they were back.

We used this company when we noticed Rodents in our garden following some Excavation work a few houses away. We telephoned and they were able to send out someone very quickly. The technician who came out was very polite and explained everything. After four weeks they returned at our request to remove the Bait traps, the technician checked and advised a further four weeks to make sure. They returned after the further 4 weeks and removed the Bait. The service was outstanding and they also assured us that our pets could not be harmed.
