I used DK Environmental for a rat problem at my residence. Daniel came out and was incredible, he figured out the rat problem was coming from a drainage issue and solved the issue very quickly. Professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Called Dan in the early evening regarding an African Parakeet which had somehow managed to enter my closet through the boiler vent. Dan answered the phone promptly and arrived within 10 minutes. He humanely captured the bird without causing harm or stress and released him safely back into the wild. Excellent service and an excellent bloke.

After an initial call about a Rat problem, Dan came and did a free survey/report. He quickly identified where the rats was coming from. After fixng the drain along with a rat defender I am now rat free. Highly recommended

Dan was excellent from start to finish. I found that there was a wasps nest in the house quite late at night and he responded immediately. He talked me through what the process would be and ensured that the wasps nest was killed off. I would definitely recommend his services.

We woke up one morning to discover something had feasted on the contents of our fruit bowl and Dan Kelly came to our rescue. He was extremely responsive -- at all hours of the day -- and came up with a plan to not only eliminate the problem but prevent it from becoming an issue in the future. In addition to being an expert at what he does, Dan is a great bloke and we would highly recommend him. (We also wouldn't hesitate to use him again -- but are hoping we will never need to!)

A year ago, the 2 streets surrounding our home were finally "discovered" by the rodent community. Since none of the houses had experienced any issues prior, most were without blockers and so experienced invasions. Dan was exceptional! Some houses were more routine than others (one or two presented career defining challenges!), but he was resolute that the war would be won and the job done. He was always good humoured, polite, respectful and incredibly professional. He also has the inimitable ability to marshal others to the cause depending on what's required (i.e. getting help from local builders, plumbers etc to act promptly where needed). "First class" doesn't seem to do him justice. Thoroughly recommended. Many thanks Dan!
