T. B.I don’t ever leave reviews but on this occasion I just simply had to. This is genuinely one of the best services I have ever received, from any industry. Adam is so knowledgeable and professional but a real nice guy to go with his wealth of experience. The service is great and you receive text updates with regards to his arrival time which I think is a nice touch. Before Adam, we were hounded by rats that made their way into our home, after Adam they were all completely gone. We have two small children so his swift service was greatly appreciated and we can now relax in our new home. After chatting with Adam we even ended up with Kung-Fu classes for my 5 year old son! 😁 I honestly can’t speak more highly of him and the service he provides. Look forward to seeing him down the Kung-Fu club! If you have any pest issues, this is the place to come.

Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in identifying the root cause of the problem, and took the time to explain what was happening.
He then treated the root cause rather than just getting rid of what was there already, which meant our minds were much more at rest when he left.

They were punctual, reliable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
After an initial conversation about our mouse problem, Adam took the time to look very thoroughly around our property and identified a likely entry point for the mice (our outhouse.)
He laid bait in the appropriate places and returned a week later to check if any had been taken. As suspected, it had been taken from the outhouse, confirming Adam's suspicions. They took the time to block the hole up, which was really reassuring.
We are now 8 days on from Adam's first visit and have not heard or seen any mice since.
We have had mice previously and had numerous visits from another Pest Control Company with very slow results. I feel much more confident this time that we have got to the root of the problem.
Don't waste your money on anyone else. Adam and his team are passionate about what they do and really do put in the extra time and attention to solve your pest problem based on your own specific situation.

P. L.Great service from Matt and Adam. 3 companies in and still had rats and was none the wiser why we kept getting them. Spoke with Adam on the phone and was immediately reassured that they could not only source the problem but fix permanently.
Matt called out and after inspecting our home advised us our recurringrat problems had been due to our kitchen extension drainage having defects.
We were given the option of having a cctv camera survey carried out but it was explained to us that if defects were found, it would probably involve digging through our kitchen floor and a lot of upheaval.
On Matts advice we decided for them to fit a relatively inexpensive drain valve.
To date, this has totally solved our issue.
We have now been TOTALLY rat free for over a month and are thrilled with the result.
I only wish we had rang them first

C.Problems with mice,Matt promptly arranged an appointment for the next day,he arrived on time and within 5 minutes had found where they were getting into the house,he inspected the house and set bait traps around the downstairs area and in the loft he also gave me very useful tips on how to stop further problems which I followed (covering air bricks with mouse proof covers)he returned a week later and inspected the bait,he found some had been consumed proving that he was right about where the mice were coming in,he filled in all exterior holes and left fresh bait just in case. I am very happy to leave a good review for Advance I was impressed with every aspect of their service thanks Matt and goodbye mice.

E. H.I work as a carer one of my clients had a severe infestation of bed bugs. Me feeling paranoid I came home to check my own bed due to frequently visiting this client to find out that I also had signs of bed bugs too. I contacted ANOTHER pest control service in Bristol who were extremely unhelpful I was beside myself with worry if I didn’t sort this quick. I even asked them to come out and they didn’t seem interested and wouldnt even give me a call out price. Safe to say I’m glad I didn’t have to liaise with that company because that brought me to Adam at advance pest control. I called him on Tuesday evening and explained my findings and my worries. Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable and stayed on the phone for almost an hour answering any questions I had. He came out early the next morning to start the treatment. When he arrived he again explained everything thoroughly and explained the aftercare etc and really put my mind at ease. He completed the treatment emailed over everything and said I could contact him if I had any other questions. (Sorry Adam) I have since text him a few times with worry and he has responded straight away. I would definitely recommend Adam to anybody that requires pest control services in the future. C. W.Rats in the house on Sunday, called Advanced Pest Control Monday, Adam came on Tuesday, rats disappeared by Friday. I know it sounds like that Craig David song but that's how it went. Had a second visit from Adam the following Wednesday for some additional advice etc.
Adam was a lovely bloke. Incredibly responsive, provided excellent service and (obviously) very knowledgeable and informative about a subject you don't want to know about - but can't help but find interesting.
It's just a shame you have meet him through this circumstance and not a BBQ. Hopefully you never have to see him again after dealing with a Pest issue...which is a shame because he's so nice.

A. N.After having a long standing pest issue, I was at my wits end! A friend of mine gave a glowing recommendation of Advance Pest Control. I called Adam and he came around the very same day. Adam was so friendly and polite, totally different than 2 previous companies I had round. Not only was Adam thorough and informative, he found exactly where the pests were entering my property, through the drains. He supplied and fitted a stainless steel Anti rodent barrier and we have had no problems since!.. How pleased I am to have been given Adam on recommendation!

Two other pest controllers in Bristol turned it down due to difficult access and a third company provided an extortionate quote. Adam was keen to find a solution and his quote was reasonable. P. H.This summer I had problems withpigeons nesting under my Solar Panels, I spoke to Adam who was very helpful and provided a quotation for the work involved in getting rid of the birds and stopping their return, he also arranged for the scaffolding required to carry out the work.
The scaffold went up quickly and with care.
Adam was then able to remove the birds, the mess they had made, clean up the roof tiles and install the mesh screen to prevent the birds from returning.
I am very pleased with the work that were carried out in a quick and tidy manner, he then photographed the installation before and after, (as I was unable to go up the scaffold myself) and showed me the works that had been carried out.

C. G.House Mice Problem Tackled - We had mice in our house for about 10 weeks, initially engaging our local council pest control (2 week wait by the way before first appointment available). The council pest control team tried for 6 weeks (6 appointments) but the bait they were using simply was not being taken and nothing was being caught by our own bought traps.
In desperation we then asked Rentokill for a quote but after nailing them down on a price and what they would do. It would be the same as what the council did and at 4.5 times the price!
Then came the recommendation to use Adam and his Advance Pest Control Bristol company service. Best decision we have made and in hindsight should have gone with him on day 1. Totally different level and quality of service and fully recommend him.
APC came out in less than 24 hours, fully explained what we could do to mitigate future ingress of mice and put different (to council and rentokill) single feed bait both sub floor and above - particularly in areas with known mouse activity. In less than a week we have found our first dead mouse! Adam has turned the tables on our mice infestation.

J. B.I would 1 Billion percent recommended Adam for any pest problem! I called him on recommendation and was told hes a lovely man and very knowledgeable.. they were not wrong. I told adam i think we have a rat and he came out to see us that same week. He asked us questions to determine if it could be a rat or a mouse and if we have recently had any pipe work done etc. Luckily our problem was isolated to the front of the house underneath our bathroom floor. Adam confirmed it was a rat by looking at their droppings and laid some bait in the isolated area and in the drain. He told us about everything he was using/doing and gave us 100% confidence. We even had a good chat whilst he was working! A few days later adam returned and the bait and been eaten in the drain and we hadnt heard a peep from under our bathroom floor and we still havnt! He checked again a week later and still no sign of the rat!! When we asked if there was anything else we could do he told us about a steel plate we could put on.. he didnt try to up sale, he was not pushy in the slightest and we never felt we 'had' to buy it. We decided to have it fitted on our pipe to ensure they wont be able to get back up and it didnt take long at all :). I cannot recommend Adam enough and he has to be the nicest man i have ever met!! We will fill those holes immediately! what i particularly liked is that he didn't force us to put down poison, he gave us advice on how rats live [they don't live in the house, they just use it as a toilet!!] and how to fill the various entry points that we have. Matt's philospophy is very much - find the holes, fill the holes, remove the sources of food and try to solve the problem before laying down poison. Cos rats will live in the garden and if they die outside another animal might eat them and that animal will die too, so poisoning should rightly be the last resort. Should we follow his advice and the problem still doesn't go away, we will definitely call Advance Pest Control Bristol again.
