We were horrified to discover we’d been invaded by bed bugs. Ben was amazing, he arrived the day after our gruesome discovery and got to work straight away. He answered all of my questions with patience ( I was completely freaked out ) and even replied to a bed bug query when he was on holiday! The treatment was successful after 2 rounds and I’d highly recommend him. A horrible problem to have but great to know there’s honest and reliable people out there to help. Thanks Ben!

Ben attended the property twice within this month, and despite being incredibly busy, he traveled from Bristol to Swindon and was on time. He came wearing PPE without request and was very friendly, professional, informative. He clearly went out his way to work with my schedule where possible, which was very appreciated. When I and my friend rang the office, other family members were polite and passed us to the correct person, who got back to us in a timely manner.

Exceptional service! Ben was incredibly knowledgable and explained every aspect of what he was doing and why throughout the entire procedure. After suffering for weeks and trying all the "do it yourself" methods, I was in shock at how quickly and effectively he was able to get rid of them and keep them gone. Excellent value for money too with many other companies charging a lot more for the same service! Would recommend 100%

Excellent professional service. Explained what he was going to do and why he was doing it. Bed bugs are really difficult to get rid of and he had to come back a few times to retreat. When we called him he was there the next day. He advised what he thought the source was and we stopped that. All gone now and hopefully we will never see them again. And his charges are very reasonable. And this happened right in the middle of COVID-19 shut down.

Very quick response for disinfecting the whole house of any bedbugs. Came and treated very professionally and came back for a follow up treatment just to make sure they were all gone and have been bug free ever since. Would definitely recommend and would use again for any other problems.

Having tried chemicals twice, Ben decided the only treatment which would work was heat treatment. This was fully effective to our relief. Ben couldn't have been more helpful and we would strongly recommend him to anyone else suffering this horrendous problem.
