Tom provided a quick, well explained, well executed, professional service. He was courteous and friendly. As an added bonus he even dealt with an additional issue that wasn't present when he originally quoted as a courtesy. No hesitation in recommending him.

Tom dealt with our mice problem thoroughly and efficiently. Cannot fault his process. He made 3 visits and each time was extremely polite and professional. Talked me though his action plan and even accommodated to us having an 8 week old puppy in the house by not putting poison down. I cannot rate highly enough.
