We had issues with pigeons nesting under our solar panels. We called Richard. He came out locked at the issue and arranged the scaffolding set up. Once it was setup he came and secured the solar panels and cleaned the guttering.

I phoned Fur & Feather just before Easter to discuss an issue with rats in our loft. Richard arrived the following day & within 5 minutes found several major issues with the brickwork in our drains. Richard put down bait & planned to return the following week. The following week he found & removed one dead rat from the loft & planned to return the following week. On the third visit he checked all around the property & repaired the issues with the drains. Really great response to my call for help with a rodent problem. Checks of the premises located a problem with drains. Photos taken which I was able to share with Wessex Water. They put themselves out to get to me within hours of my call. Follow up calls made as agreed and a plan of action is being followed. I cannot recommend them enough.

Had a suspected rodent problem, Fur and Feather came out straight away, were able to confirm the problem, and set in place a three week plan for eradication. This included locating points of entry, baiting areas of activity and monitoring movement. After two weeks, we had identified the main source of entry and blocked it. There has been no further rodent activity. Aside from a successful outcome, I found Richard's knowledge and experience in dealing with rodents very useful. He helpfully explained his strategy and set out a process. Having been through several cycles of putting down bait, having to live with the smell and flies, only to have the rats return, I appreciated his systematic approach. Very happy with the results

When we decided to have solar panels, we immediately thought about getting them bird proofed. Richard had already bird proofed our neighbours panels, so I contacted him and he gave me a quote. Once we had a definite date, I contacted him again and he came the day after the panels were installed. There was already fresh bird poo under the panels, so not a moment too soon.
