Found a busy wasp nest in the roof of the house so called Chris and he arrived the same day. He came across as very knowledgeable and experienced and got rid of the nest quickly and without fuss. Very impressed - great job, no mess, very friendly and professional. Would definitely call again.

Chris responded quickly to my initial enquiry regarding moles in my garden. He answered all my questions, provided reassurance and a competitive quote. He was able to come out quickly to my property and was polite and professional throughout. He visited 3 times and was able to catch the mole. I would highly recommend platinum pest control.

Chris was extremely good at the service he provided to exterminate bed bugs within my home. He heat treated throughout the house and was very professional and a lovely, courteous person. He also offered a one month warranty to retreat the house for free if any more bed bugs are found. I think highly of this company and would recommend his services above all other companies for any kind infestation. The price, cost-wise was very competitive compared to other companies around and was in a very realistic price range. Treating the house he did go above and beyond in a professional way. Knowing the house is bed-bug free is a major peace of mind. Three different types of treatment were used which makes all the difference.

I phoned and left Chris a message, he phoned back within 10 minutes, offering me an appointment on the Sunday morning. I was pleasantly surprised hy this as I wasn't expecting such a quick appointment, especially as I phoned after 4pm on Friday! Chris then text some advice about avoiding the area as ground wasps are aggressive, especially if they have been disturbed. Chris was punctual and very knowledgeable, explaining the whole process of extermination and followed up by saying that if the nest was still active after 48 hours, he would come back free of charge. I saw the advert in our local news magazine and phoned about a wasp issue. Chris couldn't come as it was late Saturday afternoon and was happy to refer me to some one else. As I like to support a local business, I was happy to wait and he arranged to come out Sunday afternoon. He was prompt, helpful, informative and told me if the issue had not been resolved within 48 hours he would come back free of charge and treat the wasps. He told us they would be angry and not to go near their site. As I react badly to any insect bite I was glad of the advice.
