We had a wasp nest in our wall cavity & made the classic mistake of blocking the hole, so they chewed through into our home. We were calling late in the day but very relieved when Dave promptly picked up our call and said he could fit us in same evening and he kept us informed of timings. Dave was very approachable, relaxed and proficient in dealing with the problem and gave us good advice on what we should do and look out for, over the next week. He charged us similar rates to the council too and although I hope I wont need to, I would use him again in the future.

Dave was absolutely brilliant. He came to me out of hours to help with wasps that had come through our ceiling. He arrived within 15 minutes and the job was done very quickly and thoroughly. We've had no problem with the wasps returning. Thank you Dave.

Unbelievably speedy, responsive and efficient. Sent a text to Dave at 13:10pm this afternoon with a video of a large wasp nest in the loft. By 14:20pm Dave had travelled to us, assessed what was required and treated the nest. This is his second visit as I have previously used his services to eradicate carpet moths throughout our property. It is so nice to find a good honest person, no flannel, who knows their stuff and deals with your issue in super quick time. Exceeded all my expectations.

Dave came out last minute for us and arrived arrived 8am the following morning as he said he would, he was extremely professional in carrying out the service we requested with a great knowledge on the job in hand. He was very punctual and really explained the next steps moving forward to assure us the problem we where facing he would be able to resolve for us. Responded quickly and was with us within an hour to remove a wasps nest in a tricky place at our home. £70 for 10 minutes work = not a bad business! But the council charges roughly the same and definitely wouldn’t have come over that same day (or even that week). True to his word, the wasps were complete gone by that evening!

I called about a possible bee infestation and North Essex pest control responded right away and were over later that day and completed the first part of the removal. Dave was very reassuring and professional and I feel so relived to have contacted them. Would absolutely recommend!

Dave came to our house in Brightlingsea very promptly when we telephoned regarding animal scratching noises in the loft. Dave was extremely reassuring and laid out a plan of action and advised of costs which were not as high as we feared. After 3 short visits the mice had gone forever. The service was very efficient and not at all expensive plus Dave’s van is unmarked so no gossip from nosey neighbours.
