Called Martin regarding something running about in our loft, he arrived promptly at the time and date he gave us quickly established what the rodent was and left bait out at the points he thought best. Told us he would be back in 3 weeks to look and for us to keep listening to see If we heard anything more but what Martin did seemed to solve the problem. Very reliable and good service, thank you

I phoned Martin as I suspected that we had something coming into our garden and sneaking into our garage for its evening meal. Martin confirmed my suspicions straight away. As Martin works from the evidence that he could see, he was able to quickly establish the entrance and exit points based on trail marks and started to put bait boxes around to make them as effective as possible. At all times during and since the first inspection, Martin kept me well informed about what he has done and why he has done it, as well as teaching me a few things about movements and habits of pests. After 2 more visits, we are now problem free! On Martin's last visit, he did a final check round and helped me check that my garden and garage were now secure from anything getting in. Martin is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of pest control and will provide crystal clear advice on how to get rid of any pest and how to stop them from entering. I would recommend Martin to anyone who had a pest control issue. Thank you for your help

I contacted this service regarding a wasps nest removal. Martin is an extremely professional, prompt and polite, genuine guy. Arrived at my house same day within 30-40 minutes of me calling. Talked me through the process from start to finish and gave me tips on aftercare and prevention of another wasps nest. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend Martin and Pest Arrest enough. It would appear that we moved in with a family of rats!! Martin came, explained what he was going to do and how to sort the problem. With his knowledge and following his instructions we now have our house back!

Spoke to Martin on the weds 18th Aug and he came around the very next day... Had ant's entering our kitchen and a wasps/bee nest. He treated the outer and inner of kitchen for ants whilst also treating a flat roof for a wasp/bee nest.... Very thorough in all of his work and would recommend him highly

Martin came to sort mice in our loft and what a friendly professional guy he is. Started with poison but we ended up using traps to sort our problem so it required two visits. Whilst he was there the second time he even found time to sort the ant issue we had in our daughters bedroom, nothing was too much trouble.

We had an infestation of moths. Mr Murfin came out very quickly and could not have been more helpful. He spent much longer than I expected hunting through various rooms for further signs, cleaning out wardrobes then letting off smoke bombs and putting down spray. Very thorough indeed. Altogether an excellent professional service, and for a fee that seemed very reasonable for the time effort and materials involved. Highly recommended.
