Craig came out when promised and treated the bee's nest where extraction was not possible (we spoke to a beekeeper first). The bees went quiet and we thought they had been dealt with but they seemed to come back a few weeks later. I contacted Craig again and he came straight back out and delivered another treatment. Whilst here he also kindly dealt with a couple of wasp nests he spotted elsewhere. Would both recommend and use again!

Craig came out at short notice, requested that I wear a mask and keep social distance. Check round and found evidence of mice and baited up ' black boxes ' in a number of area's. Advised to stop feeding birds, which I have, and to get fine mesh sheets to put over the air bricks after his next visit. I will put the company's name forward if others have the same problem. We had noticed a small amount of mice droppings in our airing cupboard and after a night away new years eve to late new years day we found some more and I thought I saw a mouse scuttle away in our bathroom. I rang around and craig answered the phone straight away, came out on the same day and discovered out problem was from the loft and being in the middle of 2 other houses they could have came from anywhere. He left poison bait and returned as promised in 2 weeks time and was so reassuring when he came on second visit and gave us good news that the problem should be resolved. I was so relieved to get this sorted and happy that I could find someone that came out straight away. Thank you so much I can now sleep at night and will know where to go if anything happens again.

wow, what incredible service. Had a huge rat problem for over a year. I did pay £120 for another rat controller in derby but they were unable to find the problem. However when Craig came around to visit he saw the problem straight away. After leaving and putting bait down he came back too see that yes, he was right. I can not praise this outstanding service enough. We were ready to move out of the house but not now! Thanks Craig.
