a. r.I contacted Henry, through Facebook as we have a rat problem on my estate. I was contacted within the hour and advised of what may be attracting the rats to mine and my neighbours gardens. He advised me to remove any wild bird feed fat balls etc and called out the next day and carried out a full inspection and set bait traps this was followed by three more visits. He also assured my neighours that there was no danger to their cat as the equipment used is only rodent accessible. I would highly recommend Henry, to anyone with a pest problem totally professional, punctual and very knowledgeable in what he does and gave me great peace of mind. Thank you.

p. s.We arrived at our caravan last weekend to find damage from mice inside the van. I contacted Henry on recommendation and he gave excellent advice over the phone and visited the following day. A full inspection of the van professionally attending to any possible entry points and installing preventive measures inside the van. Henry revisited this weekend to follow up and one more visit to come all within the standard price , great value and great service from a nice professional man, thank you
R. C.Henry was really accommodating even coming out of his usual working radius as I explained about me anxiety and he was able to help me when I was distressed. Immediately after his first visit I felt reassured that the pesky mouse would not cause anxiety for much longer! Any questions I had between visits were answered promptly and I will now bring Henry back each autumn to try and keep the mice looking for warmth from staying!
