Great service from this company and especially their employee Ryan. Ryan was very quick and efficient in his work and got to the bottom of our problem within minutes. I could not recommend this company highly enough for the way they dealt with my wasp infestation problem. I got a very prompt response to my initial inquiry and the pest control team member (Kris) called out at time that was suitable for me. Mice! Many of Them. I phoned Barricade and spoke to Rebbecka who was understanding and responded really quickly to the situation. I was grateful given the current pandemic. It took a little time to resolve the problem. The company were so efficient and I was thankfully unaware of what has happening to the little critters behind the scenes. Staff member Kris was so quietly polite, and knowledgeable which I really appreciated. On each visit thorough checks were done. Barricade are very reasonable in their charging policy which they would no doubt explain if you were having to contact them. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for their help again.

Really good and approachable family company. I've contacted them twice and on both occasions they came within hours after calling them. They solved the problem very efficiently, mice one time and rats the other. We didn't see further signs of rodents after three visits (their standard protocol) and kept pest free for a good one year after the treatment, which is pretty good in a city like Edinburgh without owning a cat! Very nice young couple and very reasonably priced, highly recommended!
