After being led up the garden path by two other companies who attempted to rip me off I was very happy with the advice and service I received from Graeme and his team in dealing with pigeons roosting on my balcony. Graeme surveyed, explained the best way to deal with the birds and quoted me a fair price. I am so happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Graeme and his business. Great people, great company! (Unless you’re a pigeon 🐦)

I’m not in the best of flats , full of gaps holes and it’s an old block . This has been the second time I’ve used them . It’s a family run business but the lady Sylvia couldn’t be nicer . She was so kind caring & helpful . I was in a desperate panic when I emailed and by her kindness she got her son to come on Monday after phoning me on Sunday . Her son was very kind , friendly and helpful above and beyond . I normally get anxious around men I don’t know but he was amazing ! I was having to originally pay but as holes in flat are not my fault , he contacted my housing and spoke with the wonderful housing officer I now have , and he requested that this be the housing that pay ( which normally they wouldn’t )and I was kindly granted this . I cannot say Thankyou enough. It’s an invaluable service that really is worth every penny and I would have had the money to pay if need be but thanks to this amazing company with the best family members as I was treated so well before and with the Father too also helping to treat my problems with first time I had wee critters to treat my property. The words Thankyou and my gratitude to this family , just don’t express enough how much I’m thankful and how much they helped me . Outstanding and thankyou for everything. Amazing service! Very fast at sorting us out and helping to make us less worried about the situation (fleas). At first we were considering taking care of it ourselves but we called up for a quote and Sylvia whom we spoke to was so informative, helpful and friendly that we decided to book straight away. That was the best decision we could have made! By the next day we had an appointment for them to come around and from the moment they arrived we knew it was the best thing we could have done. Andy answered every and all of our questions with so much detail all whilst keeping everything in layman's terms. The treatment of the house did not take long and when it was over we immediately felt relief. It was the first time we had felt happy staying in our home since the infestation. Had a wasp nest in my attic last month (Sept 14) and contacted Wee Critters, as heard they offered a very good service for pest control. Graham organised to come down at a convenient time and sorted the problem in no time at all. Overall a very efficient and professional service and the price was very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend 'Wee Critters'. Had a small problem with ants. Googled Pest control and found Wee Critters. I called and spoke with Sylvia, who was lovely, she arranged for Graham to visit and sort out the problem. I was working away when Graham visited, however spoke with Graham on the phone who re-assured me and advised that in the unlikely event that the spray didn't work, he would return and re-spray. Its fairly stressful when you have unwanted visitors in your home, however both Sylvia and Graham put my mind at ease! A week has now passed and i haven't seen one ant, spider, moth or any other creature in my house. Very pleased. I may use this every year as a deterrent. Great service and great value for money would highly recommend.

I was worried that getting rid of my wasps nest would be very expensive and I might struggle to get someone quickly. Glad to say I was completely wrong on both counts. Call answered immediatley and Sylvia was reassuring and very knowlegable. The price was about 1/4 of what I had been expecting. Graeme was here within 2 hours treated nest (and another that I had no idea was there). The service was fantastic, absolutely faultless. I would have no hesitation recommending Wee Critters in the slightest.

Delighted with service. I phoned up with a suspect beetle. They were able to identify this for me very quickly and were really lovely about it. The beetle was identified as harmless - I really appreciated the honesty as another company could have easily said treatment was required when it wasn't! I phoned the council first and they were not able to help as efficiently or give a timescale and would not provide an identification without coming out and a large charge, whether or not work was required. I had a very positive experience with Wee Critters in two properties and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Phoned Wee Critters spoke to Sylvia as thought had wasps nest but couldn't see it as under wood around roof. We organised for Grasmere to come out at arranged time. Gramme arrived when arranged and he said we did have a wasps nest. He used his gas and said that should be me rid of them. If not to call him back. But no wasps have returned. Great service. Tried to address it myself but wasn't really getting on top of it, so got in touch with Wee Critters. Very fast and efficient service, we have a rodent problem in in local area, and had seen one in my home. I called wee critters and a few other places, wee critters were the only company willing to come out at 7.30pm. The woman on the phone was so reassuring and told me someone would be out within the next 30 min (I was Terrified of these rodents) The pest controller arrived just over 20 mins later. I Would definitely recommend to everybody For a friendly, fast, efficient service.
