Had a serious damp problem in basement flat in the West End, I contacted a year before the work began and a survey was provided, then when I decided to sort the problem another survey was done on every wall in the flat. Jonathan was always by the phone for any concerns I had the guys were very good and allowed me to have some other work done when they took the old plaster off and tidied the whole place once they were completed so all I had to do was vacuum the rooms. Overall would 100% recommend for damp proofing.

This firm carried out an excellent job. The surveyor was thorough and knowledgeable. He offered sound advice with options on what was available to sort out our dampness problem. The workmen attended on time and were very efficient in carrying out the job. This included removal of old plaster which we expected would be messy, however they managed to dispose of this very neatly with no mess. The original woodwork was restored to its position. The plaster finish was excellent. They were very accommodating in removing and replacing radiators and electric sockets. Most importantly for us, they communicated and kept us informed of progress. This included discussing some modifications from the original estimate, and they were very flexible in adapting and carrying out some of our suggestions. This included fitting additional skirting boards in areas of the room other than those treated. Overall they were keen to produce a good quality finish and clearly took pride in their work. We were pleased they tidied up well at the end and left the rooms neat and tidy. We would certainly recommend this firm and will happily use them again.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend APS. Team of workmen did a fabulous job and managed to complete works in one day. New plastering blends seamlessly now redecorated. Before works I was worried about mess, but the guys left the place spotless. Great communication from Jonathan throughout and excellent price too.

Have no hesitation in recommending ASP was unfortunate to find dry rot in my property but this was made so much easier to deal with due to the professional work of Jonathan Drew and Alan easy to get in contact with and quoted a very competitive price workmanship was done to a very high standard talked us through everything they did from start to finish and Jonathon was always at the end of the phone if I had any question thoroughly professional from start to finish and left house clean after job was finished highly recommend APS

Damp identified during a survey and they were recommended to me. Very impressed with standard of work and plastering, along with speed they carried this out. For me icing on cake was them replacing the skirting to match the old style existing skirting, which was actually a improvement from the last one! Be prepared plastering is messy. As you can see from pic the plastering isn't noticeable given that they plastere the whole wall to just over a metre high. Already recommended to my estate agent as she is looking for specialist. They don't rip you off and I am happy with what I paid for the standard of work I received.

Surveyor Mr David Boyd was efficient, courteous and professional on inspection of my property which had been given a category 3 on a home report due to rising damp. Advanced Preservation quoted for the work which, with a 10 year guarantee, was deemed necessary to correct the rising damp problem and allow me to move on with the sale of my flat. Once I'd accepted Advanced Preservation's quote the work was carried out promptly, effectively and efficiently. The team on the job were all very personable and left as little mess as possible. The staff in the office were also very helpful and the surveyor Mr Boyd was always easily contactable if I had any questions. I'd recommend Advanced Preservation for a similar damp proofing work.
