Contacted Elite Pest Control as they are local to me and I always look to champion a local facility where possible. Colin called back 5 minutes after I left a voicemail and we chatted through what the issue was. He was very professional and friendly in manner and reassured that he could deal with the ants I had with almost immediate effect. He arranged a visit the following morning… arrived on time and he assessed the issue and set about treatment. Within 24 hours the problem was resolved. All ants gone externally and internally. He followed with a courtesy visit after a few days to ensure the job was complete and assured that if there was any further issues to let him know. Highly recommend this new business for service, cost and friendly professional manner. Will be back in touch if I ever have other pest issues. Great company to deal with. 👌🏻

As I was unsure of the noise I was dealing with in the loft, I called Elite to check position. Colin arrived and was extremely helpful. He fully explains potential actions to take to get rid of the problem. He not only takes his time to cover all bases and not rush the job but reassures you every step of the way. Colin is extremely professional, friendly and puts you at ease in the know of customer concern when dealing with pests. He revisits as required until fully satisfied that the problem is resolved. Colin also advises on prevention measures to minimise the risk of the various forms off pests. Definitely goes beyond the call of duty. Always difficult to know who to call but as Colin is a one man business you are guaranteed his 100% fully qualified service at all times. Delighted I picked right! I contacted Elite Pest Control on the reccomendation of a friend. Colin visited my property and was both courteous and professional, his advice regarding "Clover Mites" which were invading my property was very informative. Upon inspection Colin noticed straight away what was causing the issue "fertiliser" that I had been using on my lawn which was very attractive to these mites. He then arranged a time to come and treat the area in question and since then I can happily report that my property is Clover Mite free. Would very highly reccomend this company.

I’ve worked with Colin for the last 6 weeks and he was always on time, professional, personable, compassionate and organised. Colin truly puts the health and welfare of humans and animals alike first and I would not hesitate to use his services again should I ever need them. There can be a lot of embarrassment around having a rodent in your home but not once did I feel shamed or judged so if this is something you worry about I can assure you that you will not encounter this with elite pest control. On top of being an absolute star, my house is now squirrel free. I have used a different company in the past and Colin beats them in price, punctuality, professionalism and personality.
