Excellent company. They came out immediately as squirrels had chewed through electric cables in the loft. Chloe was very professional and knowledgeable. She was happy to come at times that suited our working hours and kept us informed about trap settings and removal of the squirrels.

Gemma was so responsive and helpful! As soon as I called, I got a text from her within 24 hour and she came the next day. She was friendly and answered all my questions, and set my mind at ease so quickly. I had excellent service from this company. When Gemma came to my home she immediately put me at ease. I was in a bit of a state due to having discovered a mouse in my kitchen. She was very professional and friendly. She explained what she was doing as she went along. She recommended putting down beading in my rooms and to fill in any gaps with steel wool. She also filled up holes for me. On the third visit poison had been taken. She kindly did a fourth visit where all was clear. I have been given reports which I can now send to my factor. I can’t rate this company highly enough. They were recommended to me by 2 friends and Kevin specifically was recommended by a neighbour (at the time I didn’t realise he was from the same company). He sorted our pest problem and told me preventative measures so we shouldn’t have problems in the future. I had another company out 2 years ago and my experience this time isn’t even comparable: Kevin was much more thorough. The previous company didn’t do half the job he did and didn’t tell me any ways to prevent the issue happening again. I could have saved myself a lot of time and money had I went with Pest Solutions in the first place! If you’re looking to get rid of pests, don’t bother looking anywhere else. I can't recommend this company enough. Iain, our pest control expert was incredibly friendly, professional and dedicated. He worked to ensure all trace of rodents was removed from the property and was really communicative about the progress throughout the treatment. Whilst we were happy to say bye to the mice it was a shame to have to say bye to Iain!

My 86 year old father had a wasp infestation this week. I am in London , he is in Musselburgh, so logistically difficult. Despite him calling me panicking in the evening, I called Pest Solutions and was able to speak to Danielle who was very helpful. Iain called the next day to discuss the problem with me and gave me a slot for yesterday. He found a huge wasp nest in the loft which he dealt with professionally and timely and spent some time reassuring my dad with a follow up call arranged for next week. I found both Danielle and Iain to be very professional but also compassionate and cannot rate the service given highly enough.

A surveyor came put and the first treatment was arranged. Chloe was the Pest Solutions operative who would be doing the work of eradicating these pesky wee horrors . After discovering that my father had a squirrel in his loft this company was absolutely amazing from start to finish, staff in the office were extremely helpful when I first called and then Rebekah who came to the house was just amazing. She persevered until she knew she had definately caught all of them, she got 3 in total. We also heard some noises in the walls and she gave us advise on that but turns out it was a squirrel which was caught. She then made sure the hole in the roof was filled and that there was no damage in the attic. Definately a 5 star service.

The girl who saved Christmas! Loose kitchen kickboards and an extreme cold snap brought an unwanted guest into our home the week before Xmas but Chloe, from Pest Solutions, came to the rescue! Scott at the office was very friendly and clearly explained the treatment needed for grey squirrels who had gained access to attic space in our flat. Chloe was immediately in touch with times and dates to begin and continue the treatment, which was successful in removing the grey squirrel problem. For the duration of the treatment, Chloe provided great communication around the progress of the trap setting, and was happy to work around our schedule to provide access. Despite it being a busy time of year, they were on call and prompt while providing such amazing service. They were both super knowledgeable and put us at ease. Got this company as we had a mole in the garden and was causing havoc with our newly laid grass. Kevin attended and was very professional and knew his stuff, all the traps got laid and set and Kevin was great at keeping in touch and arranging visits. Just want to express how professional and efficient this company is. I called about a potential mice problem in my home and got told someone would call me back. After ringing several companies with no one ringing back or unable to help me quickly i started to worry i would have to live with the problem for at least a week. Then i spoke to Pest Solutions who took my problem seriously and understood my apprehensions. I have a toddler and was so concerned about droppings around the house and on her toys. Rebekah who covers the kilsyth area called me back and was able to come over within 30mins. I would definitely recommend Pet Solutions - after spotting a rat in my kitchen, Kevin came out to assess the situation and set down traps and poison for mice and rats (covering all bases after seeing possible signs of both). I did require a follow up visit, and again William was back out within 48 hours of me contacting him. Thankfully it seems to have been second time lucky, and I have been wasp free since then. Despite a disappointing start (I took time off work and we were told by an operator that someone would be round to see us at 9am on the Monday morning. I had to make several phone calls and wait 2hr 45 min for the technician to appear and apparently should not have been promised the 9am visit. Although obviously very busy they made an incredible effort and got to my mums within 2 hours. What can I say Kevin and Rebekah were just fantastic. I am really happy to review this company because they really deserve it! I chose to call Pest Solutions when I found out about the problem we had with mice in the apartment. The first professional Gemma performed a first accurate inspection of the house and placed some traps in specific points. I was really nervous about the situation, since I have never had mice in the house, but she was really kind and understanding. The first follow-up one week later was performed by Rebekah and, although no activity was detected, she was really cautious and suggested me to keep the situation monitored for the following week. Some days later I found some evident traces of mice both around the traps and on the forniture, I sent a message to Rebekah and she was really nice to promptly come and check the situation before the scheduled follow-up day. I couldn't be more happy about the way this professionals handled the situation for the entire time, they made me feel comfortable in this new weird situation I was not used to. The last follow-ups have been performed by Kevin who, listening to my feedbacks and accurately check spots which we all excluded at the beginning, was able to find some gaps in the wall which may have caused mice to get in. He filled them right away with metal wool and came back for the last follow-up. After that, the problem was sorted. There was very little space to get around but after an initial inspection I was given lots of information about Squirrel behaviour and the comprehensive method by which this company works. The quote I was given was pricier than some competitors who wanted to only put in traps and return a week later, this company wanted to check daily and ensure cleanup when necessary. A very easy payment process with Chloe who came to do the work. She was timely, effective, maintained clear communication on text and was even compassionate. We encountered the worse mouse infestation in 16 years as mice were nibbling soft fabric on furniture eg bed and sofa plus we could hear activity in the walls and attic spaces. A dead rat was discovered behind kitchen units and several mice were caught in the house and attic spaces. It was suspected that squirrels had been in the attic as droppings had been found and there was a very pungent smell thought to be squirrel urine. Kevin and Natasha were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go into any spaces in search of rodents. They gave us advice on preventing more rodent activity by blocking holes and gaps in walls, skirting boards and along the roof line. Thank you for your help, Kevin and Natasha.
