J. C.Following a smell of dampness in one of the rooms in my house I arranged a consultation with Mark Patrick of Peter Cox Ltd. Mark was able to assure me that the cause of the damp smell was asscoiated with lack of air circulation and provided comprehensive advice on how to improve matters. Following this advice has resulted in elimination of the damp smell. I was particularly impressed that Mark did not attempt at any time to push a costly solution and in the time he took to explain the science behind dampness and the practical measures I could adopt to eradicate the dampness.
