Had a mould inspection today by Craig who came over as a thorough professional at his job. I was concerned that my small bedroom had rising damp or similar but wasn't as serious as I had anticipated. The consultation was first-class expertise, knowledge and in plain man's non-technical speak. On Craig's recommendation I have initially went for a medium-term solution. All in all my mind is at rest and would have no hesitation in recommending this company (I received the initial heads-up from a neighbour)

The surveying team clearly laid out all the work that would need to be done, and continually kept me in the loop about how the work was progressing. I greatly appreciated their honesty throughout. The technicians Graeme and Aiden Russell did an exceptional job repairing the walls and ceilings and caused minimal disruption while they worked. They even did some remodelling that improved my room. They also did a good job cleaning up after the work was complete. I was highly impressed by the standard of work and the service provided. Having discovered woodworm in large bedroom floor and landing at the top of the stairs. NLC inspector authorised Richardson & Starling to treat floor joist then replace all the floorboards. On Monday 4 April, 2022, work was begun by Scott and William. The appropriate warning signage was placed outside the front door, the stair carpets were covered to minimise dust and debris damage, the old floorboards were removed as soon as they were lifted and the majority of the new floorboards fitted all in one day. Next day, work was completed within a couple of hours. Scott and William cleaned up after them leaving us very little to do. Very professional, quality workmanship and work completed within three weeks of first reporting the issue, excellent customer service. Thank you.

I had really bad mould and dampness in my bedroom, they came out and put up thermal walls, which make a big difference to what it was like! The only thing was it wasnt sealed off like it should have been, and put the walls over my carpet tracks etc!! But I had Stuart Rodger the joiner out who put a brand new window frame up and new skirting boards!! He went out his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed and more, giving me a bigger window with extra frames, also made sure I got the coving, went out his way to bring it to me after his work!! Such a professional at his job, and really good to talk too which always helps!! Would definitely recommend them 💯 Thank you for transforming my bedroom for me, can finally have the room I've wanted for many years 💗💗

Work has been finished inside my house and it looks amazing! The window is fabulous, the door standards have been built up to accommodate the thicker finish on the walls and the new shelves are brilliant. So, so pleased. I can thoroughly recommend them. Hugh and Chris the joiners and James the plasterer and (another) Chris the joiner are all excellent, excellent workmen. They all left the house in a clean and tidy condition and the finish of their work is incredible. Very, very pleased!

Jock McColl ( CLEZY).... I had Bradley , Wullie and Mike here today to do plastering work . They arrived on time , pleasant and easy to deal with , did a great job and cleaned up afterwards . Particularly impressed with them getting down on there hands and knees with wipes to clean the floor and the they even went as far as to wipe down all areas they had touched including door handles . Very pleased with work .

i contacted Richardson and Starling in Glasgow as i had a really bad problem with condensation. the surveyor arrived and noticed i had a leak which had rotted under the floor and joists in my bathroom flooring which i wasn't aware of. They were brilliant, removed the old flooring and put in a new floor for me and the surveyor gave me advice on how to manage the condensation without the need for paying for more services i didn't need. I recently arranged for R&S to visit my property for a quote to repair a couple of areas of damp around two doors. I was extremely impressed by them. They swiftly arranged a time and date and the gentleman that came was extremely knowledgeable, professional and above all helpful. Rather than furnish me with an expensive quote he gave me some advice on how to potentially alleviate the problem myself before resorting to more drastic measures. This sort of help and honesty is rare these days. I would certainly call them again if any of my properties require damp proofing.

Having had issues with rising damp in both bedrooms the local council contracted this company to sort the problem. I can't praise these people high enough... My bathroom floor boards and joists were full of wet rot after a council plumber messed up. An inspector visited my home explained everything that would happen ... The workmen came a few days later covered my hall with a sheet to help with any mess that might happen they then proceeded to replace the the joists and bathroom floor. These men were very considerate very tidy & very professional... The plumber was just as professional and the joiners that came to box bath wash hand basin were gentlemen! The next day I had their supervisor Martin Barghati out to inspect the work. Overall from the girls on the phone to the final inspection my experience with this company was excellent and I would HIGHLY recommend them 100/100 thank you

I thought I had damp at my French doors and visited the Stirling Offices. It was Lesley who dealt with my enquiry and she made me feel so comfortable. She organised for Martin Fearnie to speak to me whilst I was in the office and arranged for him to visit me a few days later.
