I enlisted Paul's help recently to advise on a small problem I had regarding fleas in my house, which turned out to be nothing serious just booklice, an easy to deal with problem that required minimal effort. Paul's help and guidance put my mind at ease considerably, especially as my wife is deathly allergic to what I thought they were. I received fast, and knowledgeable responses to my questions, Paul was the only person to actually ask about my circumstances to ensure his thoughts were correct. 5 star customer service. He is very knowledgeable about pests in general. Being a Sunday evening, I didn't expect any response at all until the Monday morning, but he was there and ready to listen and help in any way he could. Customer service is obviously important to Paul, he's very courteous, professional, respectful and a real pleasure to work with. I would have no hesitation in using Paul's services again, and would recommend him to anyone that needs a quick, reliable and professional pest removal (Just wish I knew him when I was with my ex! Paul replied to a Saturday evening message from me, and booked me for 9:30 the following morning. He arrived on time, knew what he was talking about, and charged a very reasonable price. He couldn't remove the nest because it was in the cavity of the wall, but he treated the wasps, and then blocked the small hole off. Very happy with the service from Paul and would happily recommend him.

Had a severe problem with Mole hills in my garden, Paul turned up a day earlier than arranged, very friendly, efficient & professional & caught the Mole causing the damage. Hopefully that’s cured it (it’s not an exact science) but if not, he said to let him know & he’ll come back. His communication is excellent, phoning the next day after laying traps to find out if more hills had appeared & after catching them. Had an issue with squirrels getting into the attic. Paul was quick to respond to messages and came over the next morning. He was very friendly and knowledgable and placed traps and a camera. He reviewed the camera often and gave me regular updates and made a return visit the same day after some activity. One squirrel turned out to be four but he was extremely helpful and resolved the issue within a week. Would recommend his services to anyone with pest issues.

I called Paul on Friday and he was out to see me first thing Sunday morning. The fact that he text me confirmation immediately after our conversation filled me with confidence that he would appear on said day, which he did and on time. A very pleasant, knowledgable man, I called Paul to sort out a mouse problem. It appears that the mice may not be active at present but he left a bait trap in the loft for me to check periodically just in case. I began to hear noises in the attic a few weeks ago, and my partner and I began to lose sleep! We even had to try and sleep with ear plugs in and the tv on loud! Paul is so professional and really knows his stuff he sorted out my unwanted bird mites proplem first time , Using the best quality products From the first conversation on the phone I knew I had the best guy to do the job so professional and to be honest with you a genuine nice guy, I asked if he would be in a van advertising the fact I had a problem in my house and Paul knew what I was saying and told me for private house vists he is happy to use a car I was over the moon about that, He spent his time finding the route of the problem even had to move alot of stuff in the loft to get to the area and took his time to put it all back safe and sound definitely worth every penny I slept well that night definitely value for money because you know that it's the best quality products I particularly like the follow up messages he very kindly asked me how things were the next day etc he is genuinely enjoying the service he provides that makes all the difference, If this review doesn't help you know that your in the best possible hands then the company name should do it come on with a name like verminator you know he will do the job, Good luck paul for 2021 thank you so much for your hard work stay safe James
