I was very pleased with the service I received from The Wasp Guys. They were able to provide me with an appointment at short notice. Their contact was excellent - I received a text message to let me know an approximate time of arrival and a call to let me know when they were at the property (I was having a wasp nest removed for a tenant). Nick was super friendly. The invoice/payment procedure was very convenient and easy to use. I found the service well priced. Arrived about an hour after I called (I think there was an element of luck there since he had been working locally) and dealt with two nests in about 15 minutes. A national pest firm had missed an appointment, been unable to tackle one nest, and were generally disorganised, leaving me still with the problem a week after initial contact - so it was refreshing to find such a professional, efficient local firm (cheaper too). Highly recommended.

Brilliant service, friendly and professional. Had 2 wasp nest in roof and a 3rd that came through our ceiling. He came straight over even though it was late and made sure it was safe. The price was much cheaper than the big companys, local is always the best. Can't recommend The Wasp Guys enough.

Really great service. Someone was with us within a few hours of calling and have sprayed the (huge!) nest we had under our garage eaves. A couple of hours after and there's no sign of any wasps. Success! Thanks Guys!

Very quick service & also very professional. Seemed extremely knowledgeable which was reassuring as I've been informed there is a couple of national company's that take hours to turn up and didn't really know alot about Wasps!
