Reference job number 356948 I rang because my husband saw a mouse in the kitchen. They arranged for an operator to come out the same day. The cost was £300 Aand this was for up to three visits if needed. The gentlemen who came checked several areas of the house provided advice and was courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend JG Pest Control, were very helpful initially on the phone and followed up with a visit. We purchased an empty property earlier in the year and it became apparent there were rats in the cavities. I called jgpestcontrol services and the next day technician Ryan was at my property, he did a through inspection of the property and alerted us to potential places rats could be getting in. I found Ryan very calm, knowledgeable, professional and understanding of the problems we were experiencing. A few weeks later another technician, Ben, did a follow up Visit and again was just as professional and knowledgeable. Ryan has since then done another visit and gave us further advice and information to make sure we keep them out. It seems as though we are now rodent free and I have learnt so much about rodent activity that I feel confident I know what to look out for in the future. I can’t thank them for their service enough. Job Visit Reference: 269513 Very easy to deal with and extremely efficient; we heard what we thought were rats scuttling around in our loft, called JG Pest Control in the evening, and they were able to attend our property the very next morning. They quickly diagnosed that it was in fact squirrels that had decided to make themselves a cosy home in our loft, and as such laid bait and traps, and within a few days the scuttling stopped, and we have not had any more rodent visitors since. As part of the service, JG Pest Control have also carried out a number of follow up visits to our property, and have found them to be extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable, so would recommend to others experiencing similar issues with unwelcome pests.
