K. H.Six visits later we still have our rat problem. Seemed knowledgeable and friendly enough but I think they could do with a bit more oomph. One older guy was sexist ("ask your husband to unscrew that when he gets home") but the other staff were nice.
s. b.Called them late Friday afternoon re wasp nest Technician called me 9am Mon to arrange visit. Kept me updated re arrival time. Job completed by 1.30 Monday afternoon.
T. C.They're essentially a poison delivery service, but if you pay for it via the council (~£35 for three drop-off/visits), it's a similar cost to buying it online, but they take it away at the end. I was really disappointed that they didn't seem to know anything about stopping the rats getting in. The rats were gone briefly but back now, I'll just buy my own poison this time.
L.Had to chase them on when they would be arriving to sort out our wasps. Young man was friendly and quickly applied the poison which appears to have killed the wasps.
