Professional and informed service, helped resolve issue, had bugs travelling up from a heavily infested flat underneath my flat , they did two heat treatments in total, The first treatment worked but I was getting a flow of live bugs coming up through my living room flooring from the flat below. Second heat treatment was free of charge and now bug free. They are very knowledgeable about bedbugs, they work hard to eradicate them. They went on to treat the flat below me ( worse they had ever seen) I would definitely use this company again.

We had bed bugs for a little over a year we used other companies that use spray treatments and hand held heaters, we found bedbug-heattreatments on Google while looking for a local reliable pest controller that only specialises in bed bugs , Jake and his team come out to do a survey to make sure we had bed bugs before the treatment went ahead and showed us the type of machines he would be using and how discrete the service is with neighbours , The service they provided is second to none they kept me up mdated all day to what was happening with photos and videos , We've been bed bug free now for the last 8 months. finally have my home back after the long battle.
