N.I have had an issue with rats for months now, I’ve had 3 different pest control companies out before Diamond Pest Control all telling me different things and none have been able to sort the problem. I contacted diamond pest control and they sent someone out the next day to start the treatment. Elliott arrived on time and called me half hour before to let me know his arrival time. 3 weeks later and I’m rodent free finally. I cannot recommend this company enough, they are both professional and Efficient. Thank you guys.
N.From the very first call (I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was so helpful) to the many visits we had from Phoenix, I was consistently impressed with the professional and friendly service. Phoenix was an absolute pro at making sure our pesky rats were finally removed. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and I would be very happy to recommend this company to others. Thank you!
G.Brilliant service! We were using another company for years and the mice issue we had was never resolved. Diamond came in the following day after booking them and told us step by step what was attracting the mice to our premises and what to do to stop them. They left 120 bait boxes, filled all holes and mice proofed all gaps. We spotted one or two - in the following week, which was way better than the tens we were spotting before then and again, Derek came back promptly and put down more proofing. We haven't had any issues since, which is great!! Thanks Derek and Diamond!

F.I found Diamond Pest Control to be a highly professional and polite organization when dealing with our infestation of ants.First of all the blog on their site helped me diagnose the cause of the problem. My initial conversation confirmed my suspicions about the problem. When James the technician arrived as scheduled he carried out the treatment in a fast and professional manner and made a repeat visit within a week for a second treatment. He assure us that the problem would disappear but said that I should call him if the problem reoccurred. I would like to thank Diamond Pest Control and will call them again if needed.

R. Y.Didn't even need them to come out and I am giving them 5 stars! I had a wasps nest last year, thought I needed it taken out whilst they were hibernating, was planning on having it done, but these guys were up front and honest and explained that the queen never goes back to the same nest again so no need to worry about it. Am sure there are other companies out there that would take a quick buck but Diamond didn't and have saved me money and time. Thanks!
