I called Jon when we had quite a bad problem with mice and he came very quickly and explained the two step process he would use to get rid of them. After the second visit I heard some activity in the evening and called Jon and he came back out on a weekend to double check his work and that I was happy, he explained that I would have heard the mice still trying to get in but that he had blocked all the access so they would not be able to. I waited to write a review to check the mice did not return as I was extremely anxious about this, I'm happy to report that we did not have any more problems with mice for the year after Jon visited, he was also extremely polite and professional, visited when he said he would and kept us informed of his progress.

I highly recommend this company. John and Martin were so helpful. I was very stressed about having mice in the flat and in my bedroom. They were very patient, professional, took the time to find all the holes and filled them with quality filling and concrete. I don’t have any mice anymore. Fantastic first class service I saw a mouse in my kitchen and could not sleep the whole night. I was given John number by my brother. I called John and explained my situation, he was very professional, polite and sympathetic to my plight. He deployed Ali the technician, who conducted a survey of the property and filled up any hole he could find. John also popped in to oversea the work. Very nice pleasant, clean and friendly guys. These guys won't fob you off with foam spray and a bit of wire wool, they will patch every single hole with concrete and super strong sealant, plus they give you a year's guarantee. A mouse kept entering my home so after I called them they were prompt to come and seal the holes. However the mouse found its way back and I had to call back: they were just as prompt and came to fix the hole and added lots of concrete to keep the mouse away. I could sleep peacefully knowing that the mouse is kept at bay and even if there would be an issue again they will be fast to answer! Thank you!

A very efficient service, that came out to me quite late at night to deal with an unexpected infestation of fruit flies. The chap that came out was really nice and dealt with it quickly, so it wasn't too traumatic for me. The curse of living above eateries! I had time to call back if needed and spoke to them a few weeks later to see if any further action was required on my part or theirs, which it wasn't. I'd recommend this company any time. I'm giving four stars because I always feel there is room to improve no matter how good you are and the young man, which came with the other gentleman , seemed a bit freaked out so may want to reconsider his career choice.

These guys are fantastic. They don't make it difficult like other pest control companies do, when they make you empty all the cupboards out and make a big issue out of it. These guys Did a fab job and they made sure they sprayed everywhere. Akram goes out of his way to help.
