Aaron dealt with our problem fully, speedily, and professionally. He visited the same day we called him, found the source of the rodents' access, and immediately began on a thorough course of treatment that included bait boxes, netting, drain traps and drain covers. The treatment has been a complete success, and thanks to him we feel safe and secure in our home again. I can highly recommend Aaron from Pest Link Ltd. Our elderly mother noticed rats in her garden which was very distressing. We suspected the problem was with the neighbours. Having read lots of excellent reviews online we contacted Pest Link. Aaron is a true professional - honest, reliable, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He identified the sources of the rat problem quickly, set baits, wired up a neighbour’s broken airbrick (one of the rat entry points), and spoke to the two sets of neighbours whose properties / gardens were the sources of the rat problem. Aaron recommended 2 follow up visits which was exactly what was needed to resolve the problem permanently. What most impressed us about Aaron was his very pro active approach - identifying a neighbour’s garage full of rubbish where there was a high rat infestation and another neighbour who had a broken drain cover, he helped us ensure the neighbours did what they needed to do to get rid of the rat problem permanently. He recommended a garage clearance company and the correct type of drain cover which made it easy for the neighbours to fix the problem. So happy that the rats have gone! Thank you Aaron. We would definitely use this company again, no hesitation. Excellent service with full written reports/ recommendations / photos after each visit.

I came across Pest Link on the facebook group of my development. I have a tenanted flat and I woke up to the text that i think no landlord ever wants which is that the tenant had seen a mouse in the flat. I called Pest Link first thing that morning and spoke with Aaron and explained the situation by noon Aaron was at the property looking at the situation. We cam up with a plan which concluded in sealing the two entry points with some wired wool that was safe and not flammable like steel wool and sealed it with some sort of sealant over the top. This should avoid any further issues. I would 100% recommend Aaron's services and I will 100% be mentioning him when people on the facebook group bring up the topic.
