I’d award James six stars if I could! He’s always on time, he’s methodical and thorough and knows everything there is to know about mice infestations. After a couple of visits the problem was sorted, with some great advice from James on how to make sure they don’t come back. I’m very, very happy with the service and I’d highly recommend Pestcure; a trustworthy, friendly and professional company with lots of experience.

We heard the scratching of mice in our loft and called Pestcure. James visited and did a survey and put down multiple traps and bait, advising me to use micro mesh covers to air brick ventilation. He returned 10 days later when we noticed that mice were also present in the kitchen downstairs. He baited under the cupboards and visited a number of times to re-bait and check progress. We are now mouse free due to James' professional approach and advice. Friendly and knowledgeable, I cannot recommend Pestcure highly enough.

Had a problem in the new house with a mouse. Called up Pest cure and they got me a first visit in a few days. James came round and was bang on time and really helpful. Very knowledgeable chap giving us lots of pointers and second visit just as good and they have a guarantee. Would recommend.

Brilliant service, with regular check-ins and highly personable to boot. It took a while to diagnose where the rats were coming from, but once that was done, James tackled the job with commitment and perseverance. He was also very sympathetic, taking time out to allay my anxieties - which were frequent! This was a complex job, affecting a row of attached properties, mine being among them. It took some doing, but James was determined to get rid of our problem, and he did -- well below the eye-watering cost quoted by a competitor. He used a mix of baiting, trapping, exclusion tactics (ie. drain valves) and sealing vulnerable external areas. So far, so good -- long may that last.

Pestcure LTD were quick with their response time and had a very professional manner when communicating. The services/treatment provided was very worth it and they also went above and beyond to ensure I got rid of my pesty beetles although this type of infestation is quite rare compared to the normal statutory pests one will get. I was able to contact them whenever I had questions and they did they’re best to talk me though what they were doing and gave me information of the types of pest I was dealing with as well a how to manage going towards for the future. The best service ever, would always recommend them if you need a treatment people please choose Pestcure, you won’t be disappointed!!
