Unlike two other established and 'reputable' firms which I called Indu agreed to arrive on the same evening at midnight, to resolve a rat issue. He actually came before 10pm! very quickly identified the hole through which the rat entered the property, closed it, inspected the rest of the property, closed other potential access points, removed the rat, and done it all at almost half the price the other 2 firms quoted me! Professional, informative, quick, great communicator, very good value, and of course exceptional customer service. I cannot recommend Indu/Pests R Us enough. Have already recommended them to my friends.

I really appreciated the reassurance and kindness experienced for an issue that is upsetting to happen in anyones home. Indu came to one of our properties after we came across a significant bed bug infestation in one of the bedrooms. Having never dealt with anything like this before we were understandably horrified and concerned that we wouldn’t be able to resolve the problem and rid the house of the insects. Indu arrived on time, with all the necessary equipment and treated the bedroom and then continued to spray the entire property to ensure there was no wider infestation. He returned on a few occasions to retreat the initial infested room, however, after and since his first visit the bed bug infestation was completely wiped out and now, a full 13 months since his first visit, we are fully confident in positively reviewing and recommending his services. Indu provided a first class response to our needs and he was professional, polite and extremely helpful throughout. Thank you Indu.

Indu was absolutely superb. He made a few visits and did not stop assisting until the source of the problem was found (gnats appearing from a leak/ rotten wood deep under our shower tray). Indu helped eliminate and identify a long term issue that other far more expensive pest controllers couldnt. I put out the request on Bark really late at night and they came back to me immediately. He was able to visit my property the next day and was able to do a thorough check of holes where mice could get in. He filled them in and did a full inspection of my property. The price was very reasonable which is was really pleased about. He also came back again another day to do another check and has since text to check in to see if there have been anymore mice activity. For me that means a lot, he cares about the work he does. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Indus is a very gentle respectful person, and does this as a second job, so he is trust worthy, and kind. He is about £105 pounds less than others, I found him on these pages. Very good for the price, you have to wear covered feet in the room for 4 days and stay out of room for 2 hours at least after spraying.

They have a very good and professional job. They checked everywhere to find the holes that mice might come from and they have sealed them. They have also found the main hole that mice are very likely to come from as we found a mouse coming from there during the checking process. Professional and efficient Overall, nothing to say more.

FAST FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. I am a family man with new born baby recently purchased a new home. Unfortunately we could not settle in as there was Rat droppings every where which led me to understand the garden was hardly maintained. I contacted many Pest companies to eliminate the UNWANTED GUESTS, but there price was very expensive and back of my head I had a feeling there should be a better person to do this at a reasonable price. Fortunately my friends and relations referred me to an individual named "INDU" who is the owner of PESTS R US. I contacted him and he was very pleasant and understanding of my situation. He came looked around and gave me best price I can get in comparison to other firms in his trade. I thought there must be a catch from somewhere, but he was full of surprises as he kept regular contact with me to check if there was any pests in my new home. If there was he immediately came to my home within an hour to rectify the issue knowing that I have a new BORN baby. I admired he kept his word, and continued to keep the high standard of work in the most lowest prices. I recommend anyone to him and wish him the best of luck.
