The technician (I unfortunately can’t remember his name) was absolutely outstanding - he clearly knew what he was talking about and explained everything in a clear and simple manner. Not only did he do all the work to try and get rid of the problem, he gave great tips and advice on how to prevent it in the future. He was also very understanding of our concerns regarding poisons around pets and children. Highly professional, friendly and thorough.

After sending a picture of a bug we found (that we thought was a tick!) and speaking with the technician for a few minutes, he deemed it unnecessary to come to our apartment. Recently we had occasion to use Quick pest control for the second time in about two years. They were just as good and professional the second time around as they were the first. They eradicated a flea problem that our cats had brought in.
I was also impressed by the treatment they provided as it show a quick result and we get rid of flea after just one treatment.
