Distressingly found a mouse in the office on Monday morning, Never had problems with them before, but i guess there's a first for everything. I called Rentokil straight away (previous companies ive worked for had contracts with them) Rentokil sent David round to the office the very next day and David then had a look round the office (for any more mouse/ rat evidence) and then had a chat with me about the different options of catching them and the different contracts and stuff that my company could chose from. The thing i liked most about David was he was very knowledgeable and i didnt feel like he was trying to sell me something (which was great as i hate having things forced upon me) He was also really friendly and down to earth. Would highly recommend David and if everyone in Rentokil is like him then no wonder you have such a good reputation. Thanks Natalie - St Pauls, London

While I was away, the humans spotted a mouse. (Typical!) They contacted Rentokil via the website chat function and they were in touch this next lunchtime and impressively arranged a survey visit just a few hours later. Very professional and helpful with a swift follow up report on the best solution, and advice on next steps.
