Used this service early this year, difficult to communicate with, weeks at a time with no response to even identify what my bug issue was. Upon treatment, incorrectly identified the bug AFTER payment and failed to communicate how to solve the issue further. I’m sure would be a great survive for pests like rats, but for insect control aren’t the best service you will receive.

We get a great Service from Rentokil. We are based in the Wembley Stadium industrial estate. Dan is great at his job and very knowledgable, offer great feed back. He has great customer service and is breathe of fresh air. Keep up the great work

Peter Kato, the site surveyor was very informative and provided good advice. Bit pricey but i guess you are paying for the name. Had an issue with a leaky pipe due to a rat, which rentokil are dealing with at present. Defo would recommend. Had a problem with the appointment timings, which was resolved immediately. So far so good, will update this review once treatment is completed.

Ryan has been absolute star, with in making the initial call to Rentokil to enquire about there services and was told the rep would phone me with in 4 hours of this call, well he called me with in ten minutes and made the appointment to see me for the next day, he explained everything to me about there services and which was the best option to go with, Ryan has been fantastic in getting Rentokil in ASAP, for us, his been in contact myself from the start, nothing been to much trouble for him when I have had questions about Rentokil, he has made sure that the service they are providing suits Our times of day for there checks Can’t thank Ryan enough he has been superb from the start,
