R. S.Tina was very polite when I first spoke to her and explained to me all about how they would help at with my bed bug situation. We felt very at ease and really understood what we were doing after Simon explained everything very well. We had some outrageous quotes and with their special offer pleasantly suprised with how reasonable their price was. Happy we didn't need to throw anything away. Problem went away exactly as they said it would. You really feel cared for which made the difference with us. Great guys
j. t.Had a wasps nest in the roof, few of them coming into the livingroom through the ceiling lights. called them out to fix it, came same day which was surprising but I was thankful and dealt with it straight away. very smooth great service. happy guy who put our minds at ease.

j. s.Had bloomin bed bugs of all things, Simon took the time to thoroughly explain how it all worked. surprised at his knowledge of the subject, no question stumped him. within seconds of being here found 3 nesting sites and killed them all. Also found them in a picture frame and in the curtains. someone told me to throw all the stuff in the room away, simon told me we didn't have to replace anything which was wonderful news. fixed the issue in 2 and a half weeks just like he said was likely and now we are clear of bugs and getting good nights sleep. not a nice thing to deal with but they make you feel better about the situation and make it seem less scary and was very good value. recommend highly.
