Amazing Service! 5 Star! The issue I had, I thought it could never be resolved. After having a previous Pest Control company treat it and a few months later the pests tripled! I contacted The Pied Piper Pest Control and they took the problem into their hands made me feel so relieved as they assured me they would not stop treating until the problem was completely solved. This is the type of service you don’t always come across. As promised they visited my premises until the pests were completely clear. Thank you to Tony and to his great team! I would definitely recommend to everyone. Great service.

We found ourselves requiring the service of The Pied Piper after having noticed we had a visit from a few rats after a big building project. It was a very anxious time for us as we could hear constant scratching and scurrying in and around the walls and floor boards. The team at The Pied Piper were very understanding and arranged an appointment for a visit very promptly. The initial contact with them was very professional and they were very responsive, professional and understanding. The service included 3 visits to lay bate and check activity thereafter. The guys that attended were very knowledgable and professional, they were able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. They also investigated where the rats where accessing the house from and we was advised to repair and fill up holes that where left from the building work to stop further entry once the visits where complete. After the first visit we no longer heard any scurrying or scratching which left me confident that the professional team knew exactly where to target the problem. The other two appointments where completed timely and punctually as arranged originally, with the same level of professionalism. I can not stress how happy I was with the service provided by The Pied Piper, they were knowledgeable, professional, understanding and exceptional value. I would 100% recommend their services for anyone requiring pest control.

I was devastated when I realised I had bedbugs in my son’s room. He is disabled and spends lots of time in his bed. I spent a fortune on Bedbugs sprays, paid the Council to spray the room but I didn’t get rid of them. One day, I saw one of the Pied Piper vans in my street. I waited for the technicians and asked them for info. They seemed very good. I didn’t contact their office immediately because I only work part time and to be honest, I was afraid of the cost but then the bedbugs were still feasting on my boy and me. So, I called them. I talked to a lovely young lady, Katya. The Pied Piper people were smashing. They visited the house, explained in detail what they would do. Because of my son’s mental health, they adapted the treatment to get around the problems. Would I recommend The Pied Piper? Yes, definitely! Without hesitation. They are very professional and very thorough. They email you to remind you of the visits and they are on time. They check you are satisfied after their visits and they send you a report of what they have done. They check everything. And really, they are very reasonably priced for their services which include 3 visits. Long review but I am very grateful that my son ( and me) can sleep without being bitten.

A sudden fly infestation problem in my bathroom had been ongoing for weeks or months, so I notified my council who contacted The Pied Piper pest control. The Pied Piper pest control visited twice, in January 2021, and February 2021 (two weeks apart) to solve the problem. The Pied Piper pest control DID solve the fly infestation problem immediately (the first visit). They informed me that the flies were actually called “drain flies”, which as the name suggests, are found in just those areas in the bathroom. I never knew these things existed and had to do a search on Wikipedia to understand more. I’m not aware of having done anything directly to cause the problem but, for whatever reason, these persistent vermin appeared out of nowhere and despite all my best cleaning efforts, I couldn’t get rid of the damn things until The Pied Piper pest control turned up. Three things about these drain flies: 1. If left untreated they can MULTIPLY at a ridiculously exponential rate. 2. These drain flies seem to be attracted to heat. Whenever I turned on the hot water tap for a bath, they would appear. 3. Using items such as disinfectant, in whatever form, will have limited, or NO EFFECT at all on these drain flies. A serious warning: Don’t try to clean/disinfect these things from your bathroom by yourself (like I did). Call the professionals instead such as The Pied Piper pest control. They are trained to locate the actual source of the pests and they use professional tools and methods to terminate them.

Have had a long term mouse problem which we had problems getting rid of. The pied piper came and carried out three visits turned up on time on all the visits and got rid of the mice. I am a very happy customer and can highly recommend them as they were very professional and polite.

I own a property in London that has had an on going issue with Bedbugs. We have had other pest control treatments in the past and non have worked. I called the Pied Piper late on Friday afternoon and was given a price on the spot with an information sheet for how my tenants needed to prepair the property. We were advised that it would take 3 treatments as the infestation was really bad. We have now had all the 3 treatments and 8 weeks on we are still clear. Fantastic service at a great price. From the ladies who answer the phone to the technician who carried out the treatment the servise was second to non.
