D. C.Dan was very easy going and helpful booking up an appointment very soon, which is what you need with pest issues. He came, he saw, he conquered. Super quick and at a very reasonable fee as well, with a guaranteed success or a retreatment.

M. B.D Harvey Pest Control is amazing - I am absolutely petrified of mice so having found out I had mice in my home was an absolutely upsetting experience. I can not express how fantastic Dan was and how swiftly he dealt with our issue.
When he arrived at our house he was really friendly, professional and polite he fully explained everything he was going to do and then checked the house top to bottom so he could assess the infestation.
He was completely honest once he has assessed the situation and assured me he would get the matter sorted and he did.
After the first visit I felt confident and calmer in my home despite my phobia.
Throughout his visits he was extremely knowledgeable and totally empathetic to my fear of mice and ensured that my family and I were fully aware of every action he was taking and fully in the loop with how the situation was progressing.
I hope anyone reading this will understand - I don’t want to see Dan again lol however if I have an issue with pests again I would not hesitate to use or recommend Dan’s services. Really top guy and very good at his job!!

Dan came out the same afternoon that I called and thoroughly checked over the room and the rest of the house to check for entry points and gave us the all clear. He was professional and friendly and helped us solve our issue without the need for any treatment. Highly recommend him.

L. H.I've had many years on and off with rats in the loft. Recently the activity up there had increased and the smell coming down was not very pleasant. I called Daniel to see if he could help, I was hesitant as I'd tried other companies before who had just fobbed me off with a few traps, which in the long run did not stop the problem.
Daniel came around the next day following the intitial call. He went up in the loft and put down tracking dust so that he could track the movements and that way he could find out how they were getting in and out of the loft. Within three visits he had found their entry point (the drains at the back of the house) and fixed a rat stopper to the pipe. He came back again to check that everything was clear in the loft (which it was).
It has now been several weeks and there has been absolutely no activity in the loft and we appear to be clear of rats - which is something that I would never have expected! It is so nice not to be woken up at night by their constant scratching around!
I would fully recommend Daniel, if you have any pest issues. He is professional and does not mess around trying to sell you this product and that product for his own gain. Not only does he work to get rid of the pests, he also finds the cause and fixes that too - this was definitely a problem with previous companies that I'd tried as they only seemed interested in fixing the problem short term. As mentioned above, within four visits he had sorted out the problems in my loft.
I am so grateful to Daniel as I wasn't able to even go into the loft because of what I might find up there!!
