He was courteous and explained the work he was going to undertake to remove a wasp nest. The treatment was quick, clean and simple and the nest was removed virtually immediately. We booked JG Pest Control to pigeon proof my solar panels due to an increase in nesting (not great when they wake up at 5am!). JG Pest Control we excellent. The quote was given over the telephone and emailed through immediately. A convenient date, within a week, was booked for them to attend. Their experts arrived at the agreed time and were friendly and polite, and extremely knowledgeable. The work was carried out swiftly and timely. Following the work taking place I was sent an email to confirm that I was happy with the completed work, which I was. Job Visit Reference 338172 Really impressed with the service - after finding bedbugs after a stay at a hotel, we were absolutely mortified! In a panic I rang this company at 8.10AM and by 12PM a technician had arrived and begun treatment. From the telephone call, to the emails of confirmation and invoices to the treatment, everything was really fast. Thankfully our case of bedbugs was not that bad at all but the treatment has work as we haven’t had a trace of anything since. I would recommend.

Job ref: 262995 Having moved to a new house I soon found I had some uninvited guests. The loft spaces were infested with mice. I called JG and they responded quickly. The infestation was extensive and it was necessary to replace all the insulation, disinfect and thoroughly clean the loft. All the work was carried out very professionally and with as little disruption as possible. I am very pleased with the result, to date the mice have not returned. Had a squirrel that just wouldn’t touch the traps for quite a while. Agents came out for 3 visits, very professional and reassuring. Thankfully it finally triggered a trap the night before the 3rd visit. Always easy to get hold of the company by email and phone. We had a serious infestation of rats in our loft. JG Pest control have poisoned the rats; decontaminated the loft by removing insulation and spraying with disinfectant; and found where the rats were getting into the building. All work has been carried out with consideration for family living and working in our home; all waste was removed and managed safely. They were easy to contact by phone, listened carefully to the issue and provided a rapid response at every stage. Each technician that they sent to do the work clearly had lots of experience . I cannot commend them too highly.

Job Visit Reference: 265661 Queen wasps appearing. Within a few days of moving into our house in late Jan (an old listed building) and ramming on the central heating, the odd rather groggy queen wasp started appearing (presumably they had mistaken warmth for spring). I called JG and they were rather impressively prompt in having a specialist turn up (within an hour). The specialist had a good search around all the visible likely nesting areas, evidence of old nests but nothing current. So there wasn't a nest to be dealt with as such but the advice given was knowledgeable and reassuring. We are now very aware that our house is very susceptible to wasp and bee infestation and we would like to stay on top of things so it's highly likely that we use JG again as the weather warms up further and wasps begin this years nesting activity.

An electrician told me that I had squirrels in my attic but when I contacted JG Pest Control they came around promptly but said there were bat droppings and not squirrels. I had three visits just to make sure that there were no squirrels and every precaution was taken not to disturb the bats. I was very happy with their service.

We have had a very clever little mouse, or mice, roaming around the house, rarely seen but leaving droppings everywhere. As much as I got quite fond of him or her, the thought of a large nest with baby mice filled me with horror so I called in JG Pest Control. With great sensitivity and efficiency they set up boxes and also stuffed holes and placed poison under the kitchen cabinets and do you know - we haven't had any signs of the mice since, complete silence, not a flash of a tiny body, nor a dropping anywhere. It is as if they have packed their bags and moved on. Brilliant!
