S.After using a local firm, which was a waste of time and money I turned further afield and found Neal. From the moment he arrived with multiple boxes and equipment I knew this guy wanted to rid me of the rat problem! Not a case of simply putting bait down for Neal. He was intent on finding where the Rats where entering, and sorting for the long term. This behind a totally different experience to previous company I used, Neal was neat and tidy and very professional. HIGHLY recommended.
L. P.Neil is very professional we had used 3 pest controllers before using this company and they were useless just left reaps and went no follow up or help on how to stop them coming in. Neil actually found how they were coming in dealt with that and treated until no more were in the home the service is excellent and as a mum home with children on her own most of the time I felt very comfortable with him in the house and have even left him in my house while we went to work. Very trustworthy, excellent at what he does and very very fair priced.

B. R.I had an odd infestation of firebrats (a type of silverfish) in my loft and house. Neal promptly inspected and laid traps. A week after catching some more, including a family at various stages, he returned to deinfest the house. He did this in two hours while we remained out for five to avoid any issues with the poison laid down to take down and then stop repeat infestations. I can thoroughly recommend Neal to do a good job and he is a pleasant person to deal with too. Thank you Neal.
a. D.Can u imagine moving into a house that took 10 years to brave taking the leap, to discover on the 3rd day in ,scurrying in the roof !!!! distraught was not the word, to be ripped off by another pest control company who laid a trap and never returned !!
That is where Neal came to our rescue.... in this house he is known as "God" !! Wev'e now been in our house 4 weeks and Neal has laid over 12 traps, sealed up unwanted holes and crevices, done a thorough search with professional cameras and UV torches and cleaned out a loft of soiled / rotten insulation which had 8 hidden rats nests in !!! AND SO MUCH MORE. And today he caught one !!! Neal is professional, hardworking , sincere, reliable and honest ... I would recommend him to anybody .... he even puts up with hysterical stressed women lol.... Neal Thank you for everything so far x
