David was prompt, efficient and extremely thorough. He checked everywhere in the property, was obviously very knowledgeable about his trade and everything he said was completely correct. He took care of the job incredibly quickly and it was so reassuring to have someone deal with a problem I did not want to have in such a quick and confident manner. Hopefully I never have to use him again (for obvious reasons that I don't want the pests back) but if I did need the work, I would not hesitate to get him back to deal with it. Would definitely recommend!

David was great. Very professional and a set fee for however many visits it took. David helped me move furniture and got under all the units in the kitchen and set up as necessary in the garden. He also removed and dealt with a live specimen caught in a rat trap which made me sad but had to be done. Highly recommended A++++++

I found rat droppings in the shed and then in the garden.I rang these people and a chap called Dave came round,had a look and told me it was indeed rats.H laid some traps .He was very professional and quick and a thoroughly nice chap.He even came back on a follow up visit to make sure all was ok.I would definitely use this firm again.

Excellent service and went the extra mile by coming back earlier than usual as we had a lot of activity under the floorboards. Dave also checked outside and dealt with a rat issue that we had tried to sort unsuccessfully ourselves. Well with the money - don’t try getting rid of rodents yourself your just wasting time!
