Darren is friendly and helpful. He came for the first appointment soon after I contacted him and revisited us several times to make sure the problem was solved. I was convinced to use this company because of the fixed cost to remove the mice (over several visits if necessary) and block up holes to prevent them from re-entering and it was worth every penny! Darren and Daz were absolute lifesavers when we suffered a rat problem at our home. We contacted them in the evening and they turned up first thing the following morning to assess the issue. Over the 2-3 weeks of treatment both Darren and Daz were friendly, courteous and very responsive, and, given we were very anxious about the issue, were very reassuring and put us at ease. They got rid of our rat problem and even did some work to help prevent further infestations at no additional cost. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with similar issues - their fixed pricing was very fair, especially given the amount of visits they had to make and the quality of service. Brilliant company offering top notch service. I’ve used Darren and his team for a mouse issue in our house and our rental property. They have always been friendly, very fairly priced and I’ve never had any issues with pests following on from treatment. Darren and his colleague sorted out a pigeon infestation and rat issue in my loft and did a good job in getting rid of them and cleaning everything up in the loft. The fouling in the loft was disastrous and they worked for hours to get rid of everything - no rats or pigeons have returned and Darren sent me photos of all the work that was done. Communication was frequent (as they had to come back a few times for to ensure all rats were gone) and a great service! Very friendly team!

Really good guys who are knowledgeable about the rat issue that we have unfortunately found ourselves to have and were quick to come out and help me and my husband. Darren and Daz have both been friendly & professional, and have answered all our questions. They have not ripped us off or used poison, but dealt with it in the proper way so we're not left with an awful smell because the rats have had poison then died somewhere in the flat. I have recommended our managing agent uses them and would recommend anyone with the same issue gives them a call.

I have known Darren and his team for a number of years and they have always provided me with a great service. They are responsive, efficient and very professional. Initially a few years back, I used Darren to bait my house due to a mice problem. He dealt with my sheer panic about mice as well as baiting my place, so i didnt see any mice for years. This year when my house was being renovated he sorted out a rat problem between my front garden and my neighbours hollow raised patio. I'm getting him back to proof my house now and I wouldn't deal with anyone else.

Darren and his colleague were absolutely brilliant. I first had rats in the kitchen and under the stairs. I rang and they replied straightaway and came on the same day. This is in the middle of the covid pandemic (Jan 2021). They were very covid safe – I am shielding so very cautious, but I felt very safe. They wore masks/gloves each time & opened windows etc. They came every couple of days for the rats, caught a couple and then back again each time until no sign. I’m going to get them to mouse & rat proof to stop entry points. Then I got bedbugs in the sofa. Unbelievable! Never had rats or bedbugs in my life! (Over 60!). They were very efficient, treated them, checked elsewhere and hopefully that’s all done now. They will be back to do a 2nd treatment. They are very reliable, always arrived when they said they would, always got back to me, very friendly and made me feel at ease & less panicky. Truly professional and I thoroughly recommend.

Could not recommend Darren enough, he did a brilliant professional job with our rat problem especially when we had a bad experience with another company who had done a terrible job of a repair around a pipe where the rats where entering from the drain. We were at our last despair with the problem. Darren carried out a full check of the house to identify where they were entering the from outside and then from inside the house (again missed by the other company) and carried out the full eradication and repair, including going out of his way to buy bricks to close up the gap in the drain. He fully sealed any access points in the house. His charges were very reasonable and he has even checked a couple of times since that all is ok with the repair, again going out of his way to assist. Thank you for resolving again and anyone with an issue should contact Darren without hesistation.

We'd had a mice problem for a while which we'd tried (unsuccessfull ) to solve with bait traps from DIY shops. Darren came and laid loads of bait stations in our house and then a week later came to check the bait, refill them and block up any holes. We haven't seen any mice since.
