D. P.Awesome service removing honey bees and nest from a flat roof gap. Had been a real problem since moving in a year ago. Huge number of bees, relocated to a school to replace a stolen Hive. Fantastic outcome. Awesome, clean and tidy work, site left well protected. Team (both office and field) are friendly and professional. Great job all round. B. S.Pest-tech installed pigeon protection on my solar panels for me this week. They promptly quoted for the work for me almost a year ago when I called them up because the pigeons nesting and scrabbling around under the panels were driving me mad. I only got round to arranging them to come and do the work a couple of weeks ago due to my lack of organisation!
The pest-tech team who did the install were very polite and professional and the job looks good - they took a series of photos so I could see the work as there was no way I was climbing up onto the roof! All inovied after the job was completed to my satisfaction and as per my quote so very happy with their work.
D.Pigeon nest removal and bird proofing on roof. Used Pest-Tech a while back now, approximately two months ago. I wanted to wait a while before leaving a review to make sure the pigeons wouldn't return. Happy to report that they have not returned at all. We had Charlie carry out the job and he was very professional. He kindly called me to let me know he was running just 15 minutes late which is always appreciated. Friendly and thorough while he was here and did a good job. The communication and response time from the company leading up to the job was first rate and they clearly take a lot of pride in their company and the service they provide. Highly recommended.

M.Exactly what we needed after trying other smaller pest guys. Pest Tech investigated, looked in drains, used specialised tracking bait, etc looking for the root cause... rather than just lay poison bait and leave. All for a similar price to those smaller 1 man bands.
Mark found the root cause after 3 visits, he evidently knows his trade, and knows how rats think and behave.

Panels, guttering and roof and pigeon proofed the Panels. The team of two were friendly and polite and fully explained the process before and after the work was completed. .
They cleaned up afterwards and the whole job was done with the minimum of fuss.
We had other quotes and Pest-Tech were the only ones who would accept the job as it was a difficult to access site.

Pest tech came out to both properties within a week and had identified carpet beetles, which appear to do similar damage as moths. The treatment was carried out promptly, effectively and with no disruption at all. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A fantastic company, I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

J. R.John arrived at my property and from the get go an extremely friendly guy who provided lots of information to the issues we were having. John was contactable easily and made time to call and answer questions and check for updates. The process of checking activity zones and then laying traps and poison was completed. After ensuring all external entry points were covered checking the drains was the next step. Large amount of rat droppings in a drain and advised a survey will be required to check structural integrity of the pipe which may run in a cavity wall.
We can now try and carry on with the investigation and hope to eradicate the rodents permanently and have a very good idea of tracing the entry point.

We had an issue with pidgeons in our solar panels which were noisy and messy, so far no more pidgeons !! And I’m told there won’t be now. O.Wow, where to start? Firstly we had a massive pigeon problem nesting under our solar panels. Scaffolding was booked and the guys came and removed everything from underneath and bird proofed around them with wire mesh. Gutters were also cleaned and a full clean up provided. 7 months later and not an issue. Top job!
Secondly, we have just had to have pest tech back out with a rat problem. Initial visit and full property investigation was provided and an expert opinion was given hinting it was a drain problem. Another company was recommended for a full drain survey and this has been done and problems rectified and fixed. Pest tech then came to check everything a final time and all is looking good.
The advice and knowledge given was in depth and thorough and was given in a friendly manor and we discussed the options and made the best plan. Big shout out to Charlie, he was the man!
Cannot recommend enough and these guys were cheaper than some other quotes and if I ever have problems in the future I know exactly where I will be going!
