BH Pest Control moved on a swarm of wasps that were busy putting a hole in the roof felt above our back door. I called BH on Thursday afternoon and they were there at 8:30am on Friday morning. A quick assessment, some powder and 20 minutes later the wasps had dispersed and have not returned since. A super responsive and conscientious service. Thank you very much. We will definitely use BH again if the need arises.

I apparently have a little hole in my roof where a squirrel decided to nest. The guy came on the agreed time, found the hole and made sure the animal is not in there. I will definitely use him for this service if I need it and I can highly recommend to anyone

Great service, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Kevin and his team. I had a severe wasp problem in the flat having found over 100 dead wasps after coming home from a week holiday. Kevin swiftly dealt with the problem. After a few days however, I unfortunately had to call them out again due to more wasps making it into the flat via a light fitting in the kitchen. Kevin and his colleague located a second wasp nest after going into the loft and rectified the issue.

Excellent service. Contacted late on a Saturday evening about a wasps nest and they were with us by 12pm on the Sunday. Did have to call them out again for what turned out to be a second nest in a slightly different place and that was also dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Excellent, friendly service and value for money from B H Services! Brian arrived within half an hour of my call about a live starling in the loft. He freed the bird, identified and blocked its point of entry, and also did a check around the house, blocking up other holes where birds could nest and get into the attic. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if we have any pest problems in the future.

What can I say!!! These guys are amazing. So happy I went with my gut instinct and not go for a large company that had a big name. A year ago we moved into our new home and soon realised there were funny noises in the house. I could hear scratching and running, it was driving me mad as I thought I was the only one that could hear it!! We had squirrels in the garden so I thought they must be on the roof but soon realised they were in the loft. I could hear them every night and just couldn't sleep!! After quite a few trips out from Kev and Brian from BH pest control they managed to stop the squirrels from getting in. YAY!!! The problem was solved. But.... There was another noise in another part of the house, at first we thought it was more squirrels but later realised they were rats in the drainage system, after speaking to the neighbour she confirmed our suspicions that the old owner of the house had issues with rats and never managed to get rid of them!! Kev and Brian persisted and both visited many times, that I lost count and did all that they could to get rid of the rats. So now I am squirrel free and rat-free. I think if I had gone for a larger company I would have had to pay out so much more, and also they may not have investigated as much as these guys did. They must have visited at least 10 times if not more. But they were not willing to let this go until it was sorted. Thank you so much I am so grateful I can finally sleep in peace and the energy in the house has transformed thanks to you guys. Any pest issues I wouldn't go anywhere these guys are your people. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I can't recommend this company enough. After hearing intermittent noises in our loft I called 5 different companies who all claimed to be 24h service. B H was the last company that got back to me; they were the last company I called and they responded within 2 minutes of me leaving them a voice mail. My called was at 10:30pm and they arrived first thing the next morning. They identified a very hard to locate entrance point, laid they traps and got the results. As for the price, extremely reasonable. Lastly, Brian (the representative) was extremely personable, knowledgeable and reassuring. Fast, Efficient, Great value for money. First class service *****

I called this company up not knowing what to expect, I fear spiders and felt silly to begin with calling them but the gentleman was really nice and said he would come at short notice. He was very professional even took his shoes of in coming into my place and put traps down for the spider at no Costs!!! I would highly recommend. B H Pest control were excellent, me and my partner suspected there were cockroaches in the house one evening, BH attended the next day and were very reassuring and helpful. Luckily there were no cockroaches but the peace of mind that we received was a relief, we were provided with a trap just to be sure and have had no problems since. Would highly recommend. He was also wonderful with our son who is severely autistic and let him pet and play with his pet Terrier.
