they came out quickly on time and dealt with the problem, a few wasps did reappear two weeks later due to the awkward location, but they politely came out a second time free of charge with no question or argument whatsoever. I am a nursery school caretaker of 5 schools and will definitely use them again if needed elsewhere. they were happy to advise me and understood the seriousness of the problem for us and acted accordingly I honestly could not ask for better and it is good to have a company like this in a world where you do not know who to trust.

D. F.Customer no 264837 We had an infestation of cluster flies in our property. No amount of fly spray would shift them. I contacted JG Pest Control and arrange a visit. They were super fast at arranging the appointment I could have had next day if I wanted to. I met there operative on the prearranged date and time and he explained the procedure to me. Over the next 3 weeks we found a number of dead flies however now we are fly free and the entire process has been brilliant. I cannot fault them in anyway when I contacted their customer service team after two weeks worried there were still flies they reassured me and also after 4 weeks offered a return visit, I am pleased to say this is not necessary. Would definitely recommend this company.

They sent someone out straight away who seemed really experienced and was able to identify the issue, lay poison which was revisited within 2 weeks to ensure the issue had gone (which it had). The afterward care and support post issue has also been great

Suddenly we heard unusual noise in the fire place, absolutely it's a mice, i was looking for a very fast help.
i contacted Pest Control and they send the team member on Sunday, he checked every place in the house professionally and followed the drops here and there. by closed all the holes and putting the black boxes we can completely forget about the mices and back to the normal life.
I'm really happy with the fast response from Pest Control company and highly recommend them 👌

Managing all the COVID safety measures, Inspection was thorough to check any holes on the outer wall which were filled, any visible gaps were blocked. Poison was left safely where necessary, inside and outside the house.
I must say that I slept so well on that particular night with no disturbance from the rats was noticed, and it has been quiet since than.
