I tried other exterminators but they never completely got rid of the problem. The bed bugs would spread to different rooms and floors, what a disaster! After letting 24/7 Pest Control step in, my problems ceased to exist. Their bed bug control was extremely helpful in explaining the problem of spreading going on in my home. They offered a free inspection as part of a treatment, which was really appreciated and they sent us someone the next day. The exterminator they sent saw the bug and confirmed our suspicions. Then he proceeded with the actual inspection, checked all beds and the sofa and confirmed a bedbug infestation. There was some prep work to be done by us, so we scheduled the treatment for the end of the week. There’s been a few months since we had the procedure done and no bedbugs were spotted so far, so it’s safe to say the treatment was a success. We are really thankful for the help we got and are recommending the company to everyone.

M. R.I saw some great reviews about this company and decided to give it a try. Tried to deal with rats on my own but the little buggers don’t die that easy - none of the baits were even touched. So I called for professional treatment as soon as I saw one running around freely in the basement. The technician they sent me managed to find out quickly where the rats were coming from and sealed that hole. Traps were set and managed to catch a huge one and a baby. It took three visits from the chap to completely rid of the problem but I haven’t saw a rodent ever since, so I’m not complaining. Quality service till the end, if you need pest assistance this is the company to go with.

It is really good to live in Victorian style ground flat but you have to remember that this leads the situation of unexpected visitors (or residents) in your flat you will struggle.
w.Hi, I gave a review of this service a few months ago, in August 2017. I was subsequently telephoned by Elliot who works for the organisation and was very keen to help. At this point, I had reported lots of large flies around my house, so I knew something somewhere had died(!)
Elliot agreed to send another pest control guy which he did and I must add their staff seem very knowledgeable and experienced. The guy that came did take a good look around and put down more poison. He informed me that a rodent had probably died but was likely too far out of reach (under floorboards, or possibly behind the walls) to be able to do anything further and in time the flies would disappear, which they did - though that did take a couple of horrendous weeks.
Elliot called again after that and I can only commend him for his concern which came across in his friendly and caring manner and genuine willingness to help.
Thankfully I have had no problems again but would not hesitate to call 24/7 if I did. I have already recommended their service to a family member.

For this reason, we combined the pest control with a pest sanitation service, which was done by an expert cleaner. We now feel totally safe at home.

Several visits were needed to destroy the pest but that’s to be expected. C. G.I have a small storage room with a small window. It is well thought, just above the attic so it can still be transformed into a room. Sadly this small storage room/closet had turned into the home of a couple of friendly pigeons. I set traps and I have sealed the entrance, but the pigeons continued to come over and make a mess of the outside of the house. Plus it was annoying when I was relaxing in the attics.
