Completed Job Visit Ref: 347966 We heard some noises up in the loft in the early hours of Christmas eve so I rang up first thing was greated with a nice and reinsuring receptionist who told me a pest control member of staff would be with us between 10 and 6. He gave me a call when he was on his way too which was really good, when he arrived he check the property for any possible entry points and recommended to get a rat blocker for the drains outside, he put some baits and poission down in the loft and we've not heard any noises since. The pest control man was really nice he reinsured us that it would be resolved and it had been would highly recommend

We noticed a few bumble bees going into a hole in the cavity wall. We rang JG Pest Control just before office closing hours and they came out the next day! The person on the phone was polite and didn’t rush considering I literally rang around 5 mins to closing time. They sent an email stating on their rough estimated time of arrival too which was useful (although it went to the junk box so double check there when you’re waiting for an ETA email). Back in October, we had a wasp infestation indoors which was incredibly distressing and scary for my family! I called JG Pest Control at 8am and I can't say enough how supportive and empathetic they were over the phone. They reassured all my concerns, and we managed to have someone come over in the next few hours. The man who came did such a thorough job at locating the wasps, making sure to check our entire attic, and successfully located the nest outside. The gentleman who arrived was very knowledgeable and quickly assessed where mice could be getting in, and dealt with this. On the return inspection visit, there was no sign of the mice having got in again. The only downside was that the computer system that should have advised me of the expected arrival time, didn't seem to be working properly, other than that, the service was efficient (follow up appointment had to be booked on-line).

Very helpful staff on the phone talked me through how it worked, what the service was. I was very impressed with the lady who came out to sort my hornets nest. Large brown mark had appeared on an ensuite ceiling and I had had a roofer out for a quote thinking it was a leak. He quoted me for emergency repairs to the value of £1600 but spotted the hornets nest so I called this company out to remove it before the roof could be fixed. The lady told me that she thought the brown marks were made from the hornets nest resting against the ceiling and that there probably wasn’t a leak in the roof at all. She exterminated the Hornets and I draw a pencil line around the marks on the ceiling. Absolutely no leak whatsoever as soon as the Hornets had been cleared the mark didn’t grow at all. Not only was she incredibly professional, very helpful, very friendly but she also saved me a substantial amount of money on what could’ve been wasted roof repairs. Phoned one evening as ants found on kitchen floor and inside food cupboard. J G Pest Control were very polite and reassuring, offering visit next day, which was as good as could be hoped for. Contractor came late morning and applied gel to relevant locations. This gel is quite an expensive product, not freely available and needs authorised person to apply. Hence, although the service was very expensive, at least we seemed to be getting the best product for the job. Since treatment, only one ant seen in kitchen and that was relatively soon after treatment - which was three weeks ago today. It does look as though the gel has done its job (thus far!) and we are quietly confident that the problem is eradicated. My job reference was 280656 for identification purposes
