J. C.Had one successful visit from Ace Pest which went fine, however the wasps returned just over a week later to a different location on the same shed. He was unwilling to compromise or offer any discount, despite the need for a another treatment. In my opinion a small offer of discount would have made for a happy customer, rather than a dissatisfied one. Most of the companies offer the same 48 hour guarantee, which isn't very much so id recommend finding someone cheaper incase they return. Found someone else local for the second visit for less than half the price of Ace Pest Control.

P.Did not require services of the company at this time however I spoke to them on the phone about my issue and they were able to provide me with plenty of helpful advice and things to try before incurring any cost and set my mind at ease. Will certainly use them again if/when any further issues arise.
P. B.I have used ACE before. I found a wasps nest in our loft one evening, gave Andrew a call and he came out early the following day and dealt with the problem. At all times he followed Social Distancing protocols. Recommended.
