Prompt efficient service. I needed a follow up visit which was carried out without delay on a bank holiday!

I used JG to resolve a wasp problem at a tenanted house in Dec 21, under reference W344055. I had hoped the wasps would die away with winter but that wasn't happening, and tenants in house becoming annoyed, understandably! The wasps were in the loft space of a side extension to the house, but breaking through into the bedroom below. I phoned JG on a Sat afternoon and they promised to go the next morning, a Sunday. I was a bit sceptical, but they turned up on time, giving the tenant, and me notice on the morning by text. They did the job with minimum interference, tenant was delighted. I was fearful of another call days later from tenant to say the wasps were back, but a month on, silence! Payment and paperwork very smooth. All in all a definite 5* service! Recommend. My parents had bees and I became more and more concerned about them getting stung. I found JG Pest Control online and thought they were fantastic. I called them and it was easy for me to arrange the removal the same day as I telephoned. I could also pay over the phone preventing any further stress for my parents. My dad thought that the bees were honey bees so wanted a bee keeper to come and collect them, which is why they hadn’t resolved the issue prior to this. The knowledgable staff member who attended from JG Pest Control said that the bees were bumble bees and explained how they would be released. This alleviated my dad’s anxiety as he really didn’t want the bees to be killed. He was concerned that someone would kill them and he didn’t want that to happen. Prior to the arrival of the Pest Controller he texted to explain he was on his way. My parents praised how polite and knowledgable he was. Also reassuring my dad that the bees would not be destroyed and would be released. We were all very impressed with the service and the price. We would not hesitate to use JG Pest Control again or recommend them.

Ref- W309800 I have used jg Pestcontrol twice now for wasps in the roof of our house, once last year and again this year in a different part of the house roof. When contacting jg Pestcontrol they were very friendly and helpful and came out to deal with the wasps within a day or two. What I like about this company is that if the wasps hadn’t gone after the first treatment, they would come out again free of charge and retreat the nest if necessary. Which on both occasions they did, and after two treatments the wasps had gone. When coming out for the second treatment the technicians came back out within a day or two of contacting them again. The technicians that came out were also very friendly and informative, who were Sean McGowan and Kieron Coss who had to return as the wasps hadn’t fully gone after the first treatment. Overall, great company to deal with, with friendly staff and the communication was superb, with constant updates of when technicians arriving and when they had completed the job.

A very professional and seemingly effective service undertaken by Ryan R (RR quality). He was very knowledgeable on the subject of honey bees and he dealt with them as someone who likes bees, with respect. I am very impressed by this organisation and the people in it....and if the initial treatment doesn't work they will return between day 8 and day 21 to deal with the problem. Very happy!

I managed to book JG Pest Control immediately to inspect a wasps nest in the roof. They arrived promptly and successfully managed to eliminate the nest using the appropriate chemicals. I had a wasp nest this the loft I googled for help and this company was the first company that come up so rang them and there prices was really cheap they come out the next day and did what they had to do and said with in 2 days the activity would die down a week later I noticed it didn’t so rang them again they sent someone out strait away and they did there work from the out side with in a hour there was only a hand full of wasp there the next day I didn’t see any and they haven’t been back since this company is a strong 10/10 for there work and customer services they was so helpful and couldn’t apologise enough for the first time but that wasn’t there fault the issue was more out side and not in side
