I recently engaged Pride Pest Control with regard to a starlings’ nest which had been built into the structure of the house with the subsequent problem of bird mites. They were very easy to contact; no ‘call centre’ or lengthy queues. I had originally called them earlier in the year and they were most professional (and educational!) in advising me about the nesting / fledging season of this protected species and we spoke about the correct time to carry out the work. I found them to be very professional in their recommendations and the price quoted was extremely reasonable, so I engaged them to carry out the work. They have now eradicated the bird mite problem with a chemical powder and sealed up the entry hole and surrounding area and I am confident the problem has been solved. Peter and his team were thorough and responsive, keeping me informed of what was happening at all times and I can only say it has been an excellent experience (the treatment that is, not the pests!). I thoroughly recommend Pride Pest Control to anyone seeking assistance – not only with birds but with other nuisances. Thank you for a job well done! Edit: This year I've had to engage them again with a squirrel nesting in the roof space - they're prompt attention saved me an electrical wire being chewed through and hopefully we've seen off the squirrel. Many thanks! Edit: I’d never use anyone other than Pride Pest now. Honestly, nothing is too much trouble for them, even when it means quite a bit of travelling. After dealing with pests, they noticed some other flaws with my property that could have led to trouble in the future and were prompt and efficient in offering advice and finding a solution and things are now fixed marvellously. I’ve noticed that they always go the extra mile and will try to help out as soon as ever possible and I have no hesitation in recommending Pride Pest.

My apartment was flea infested and the letting agency refused to give me a refund for the period that I wasn’t there and kept denying that there were fleas. Pride pest control helped me prove that there were in fact fleas on the property only 2 days after I called. They were super nice and gave me a flea spray for free and even called the letting agency to let them know. I was really hopeless about the situation but they really helped me, wouldn’t have hired anyone else, the best service available! Now I’ve received a refund and I couldn’t have done that without the report they made. They were also hired later on by the letting agency and they seem to have done a perfect job at eliminating the fleas. Unlike the previous company which claimed the treatment took 4 weeks (and never worked). Days after they treated the property it was confirmed clear.

Excellent! A friendly & courteous man arrived within an hour. He dealt with a wasps' nest in an awkward corner and gave a FOC guarantee to return if the waps are not gone within 3 days. And they are half the price of other companies!!!
