I had Full Guard Pest Control over due to the amount of flies we had coming into our house. We closed all the doors and windows in our house and still noticed an unusual amount of flies. We called in Micheal to have a look around the house to make sure there wasn't any nests laying around or if he could find the source. He carried out a thorough check everywhere and assured us nothing was in our house which made me feel at great ease. He assured us if we notice anything else, to call back and they will carry out another full check. I would highly recommend Full Guard Pest Control to anybody who require's their service. Great professionalism and very satisfied!

Full Guard attended my address to deal with pigeons nesting under my solar panels. They removed the nests, disinfected the area and installed anti-pigeon wire mesh to all four sides of the solar panels to prevent the pigeons coming back. Very professional service, and much cheaper than other similar quotations. Works carried out within days of my phone call. I would highly recommend Full Guard.

Absolutely over the moon with the level of service received from Michael. Sadly we realised we had a rat problem in our house we had tried to source help Locally but to no avail. Was shocked to come home to a hole in the kitchen ceiling! My son phoned Michael and he was so supportive we both felt like he really cared. He dropped everything and came out the next day. Ended up being with us over 2 hours was so thorough and explained every step Of the way what he was doing and the potential cause of our problem. He inspected all parts of the house and baited the best areas. Two weeks later he cam back and refilled the bait stations, at this point we could hear the rat but it seemed to be slowing down. Today he came back for the third visit, we were pretty sure the rat was deceased as no noise and a distinctive smell coming from the loft, as always Michael was professional and very helpful. He located the deceased rat and removed. Sealed up the entrance burrow with concrete and left me feeling much happier. The service and support we received was 2nd to none, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL AGAIN for any pest control solutions.

Excellent service - fast and efficient. Michael was very helpful and informative and arrived on time for the appointment. We had reported noises in the loft which could have been rats or squirrels. Michael assessed the property and determined that the noises were caused by squirrels entering the roof space above a dormer window. He placed a ‘funnel’ to allow any remaining squirrels to escape but not return and then sealed all other points of entry around all five of our dormers. He has also set traps for squirrels in the garden (which he will dispose of when necessary) and advised us to cut back trees close to the property. A very reasonable price too. Highly recommended.

Michael has been brilliant from start to finish. He replied promptly to my advert on RatedPeople and since then has been easy to communicate with, he booked us in promptly, spent hours at our property sorting out our moth infestation and was very thorough in his work to ensure he found the true source of the problem and then applied all the products needed to eradicate it. Michael followed up after his visit to check everything was okay and charged a very reasonable rate for the hours and products he spent. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a pest problem.

I couldn’t have been more impressed with Michael. He was actually on his way home on a Friday afternoon when I called him and he came straight round!! He was professional, efficient and thorough looking for what turned out to be a rat problem! He has baited the loft spaces and left tracker dust as he was unable to locate the entry points. Second appointment already booked and if we locate any dead rodents he has said he will come over and get them to dispose of properly. 5 stars doesn’t seem enough. On top of that a really nice, friendly chap.

We engaged Michael today to investigate & resolve a Wasp infestation from a nest in our Soffit / loft - he came round exactly when promised, investigated & then explained what he would be doing to rid us of the infestation answering all my questions in layman's terms. He then followed the process he'd outlined, waited for the treatment to work then checked the nest had been neutralised with no further Wasp activity in or out of the nest. During the process he had also sealed the redundant warm air heating vent the wasps had been using as a way into the house. Our wasp problem is now resolved. Michael knows his subject, is very easy to engage & work with & I would highly recommend his services whatever your pest issue.

We were suddenly faced with a rat infestation. Sometimes we saw up to 5/6 rats per day in our front and back garden. One day my car would not start and when the mechanic arrived and opened my bonnet there was a big rat sat inside. We called Fullguardpestcontrol and they arrived promptly. He rat proofed my garden, laid down traps and poison. Within a week the sightings decreased significantly. Within 2 weeks no sightings at all and now its been a month I have not seen any rats.
