We had rodents in our loft. I called JG pest control early evening and they came out the next day. I can't remember the guy's name who came out, but he was extremely knowledgeable and gave us lots of advice to combat repeat issues because we live in the countryside this is a common recurring problem. He checked all around the building and found the probable entry point & blocked it, (we would never have found the hole as we would not have considered it) then set down bait in the garage and loft as a precaution. The bait was eaten in the garage on the first night, and the loft over a few days, so we put a seal under the garage door and rodent covers over the air bricks as advised and we have had no problems since. Used JG Pest control to sort out the rat problem we were having, can't fault them, the pest control officer was very friendly and provided great advice re: where they were coming from. Turned out to be a broken drain (which we found out because we had it surveyed on his recommendation) so we had that replaced and installed a Ratwall (also as a result of the pest controller's advice.) This was around 4 months ago and knock on wood there has been no signs of activity since. Job Visit Reference' is: 268436 Rats. A number of rats had moved into the annex loft and were very active . decided to call JG Pest Control to sort the problem out. The first visit was an overall inspection of the outside of the property highlighting points of possible rodent entry to the property and blocked. Various rodent poisons were placed in the annex loft where significant rodent poo was found and other places in the kitchen area. The second visit after 3-4 weeks was a follow up where additional poison was topped up. Rodent activity had significantly deceased which was good news. The was no need for a third visit since any dead rodents were removed by house owner and the annex loft was sanitised by the owner. Overall, very satisfied with the professional service provided by JG Pest Control. Thank you.

They came out on a Saturday, in vert quick time, even thought I was told I would be put on a list. It was more expensive than I expected but then I realised their rates probably go up for weekend removal of Bees. The man who came out was very pleasant and chatty and explained what he would do with the nest and what would happen about the remaining bees flying around( only 5 to 10 of these). It didn't take him long, approx 15 mins. The bees nearly all went after a few days. We found a tiny bit of the next left in the grass, so my husband buried this and the remainder of bees flew away. We were so relieved. Altogether a good experience

What I liked about JG Pest Control was their quick availability and guarantee that the cockroaches would be eliminated. I was glad to have the guarantee because one month after treatment the infestation is better but not completely resolved.
